This hotel was our worst experience in the whole 2-weeks journey (new hotel every night). For the level of comfort and services I’d not give them even 1 star. The room was tiny, for 2 people there was 1 shaky hook for a single towel, no horizontal surfaces in the room to put even a book (there is one triangle “shelf” in the corner, which can hardly accommodate 2 cellphones). There’s no hook or anything to hang the shower, you have to hold it all the time, very handy when washing your hair… And it has not fallen off: it has never been there, interesting design... In addition, the shower was dirty, I had to clean the shower drain myself! This was disgusting. The service was also not the best. They smile, yes, but we had a strong feeling of not being welcome – and they charged 7 Euros per bike just to put them in the corner right near the registration desk, with very questionable security! This has never happened to us in all our cycling journeys (we have a many years’ experience). This is outrageous, because this information was not provided neither on the website of the hotel (even if they claimed it was) nor on Booking.com. All in all: stay away from this hotel!

excellent situation

A very convenient location, in the city centre , very close to the Stanislas square. The room is spacious, the beds are large. The bathoom is modern and nice

We got charged more even though we completed the Booking beforehand. Had to ask for towels and shampoo and the room was pretty old and not clean at all. The mattress was very worn out and disgusting. An absolute scam considering the price we paid!

The location was very nice, very near to Place Stanislas

The heater didn’t work properly and room was extremely cold. There was no soap no glas nothing just a stinky towel in bathroom. The blanket was old and rubbish.
