The location is fantastic. The staff were all helpful and attentive. The breakfast was great.

A very charming hotel in a beautiful city

Historic property, charming!

We didn't know there was no lift, not an issue as we only had an overnight bag, however could be an issue for others

Very central location

Room was tiny, WIFI kept disconnecting. Hotel shows they have parking available, but after reservation they sent an email informing that it's fully booked (apparently they have only 2 parking spots which is only stated in FAQ but not on the main page). So prepare to park in the public parking lot for the price of around EUR 15 per night.

This property was amazing- situated in the old town. The hotel was very charming and well appointed

15 mins walk from train station. In the heart of the old town just minutes from the main historic sites, lovely restaurants, cafes & bars. Stunning building, beautifully appointed.

A little noisy at night but overall lovely.

Room was very nice and comfy. Breakfast was very enjoyable.

I did not mind, but there is no lift if you need to reach the upper floors/

Lovely appartement style room with view of Nancy cathedral. Nancy was a real find for us. Wonderful 18th century city centre.

The property’s location is excellent It is quiet and very secure Nice breakfast and all staff were very helpful

The location in the middle of Nancy and the cosy and very friendly atmosphere, easy check in, very helpfull and welcoming, perfect french breakfast

Only small point is that customers should be prepared to find parking nearby as the hotel only has a couple of spaces

We were surprised by hospitality of the staff - most helpful, kind and polite! The rooms are big, stylish and clean. The location deserves separate kudos. We would definitely choose this hotel again when in Nancy.
