Very close to airport yet very quiet. Comfortable bed. Great shower.

Restaurant was closed and limited food available. Was surprised a hotel by the airport would not have 24/7 room service.

La proximité des terminaux de Roissy

Il faisait froid dans la chambre et la salle de bains. Service minimal. Le bar ferme à 23 heures.

Établissement très propre, très calme, moderne avec un personnel très aimable.

J ai eu du mal à trouver l entrée

L’espace , l’équipement, le personnel et la bouteille d’eau offerte

La climatisation, un peu vieille et difficile a modifier a la température que l’on veut ( il faisait trop chaud) . De même, tout est en moquette et il aurait été souhaitable de mettre a disposition a minima des chaussons dans les chambres.

Location for the specific work task. Spacious room

No sleepers offered in the room. The sink was blocked and nobody had checked and repaired this before check in. I arrived very late and left very early so I did not have the time to personally inform however, hotel was obliged to have it checked and repaired before any arrival! It seems that nobody cares and the staff needs special training!

Location was awesome, public areas were very clean.

I didn't like the bed bug bites I came home with. My fiance had no bites.

Breakfast ok . Location good but you gaveincorrect instructions of how to reach CDG Val from the airport. The link is not through gates 2B and 2 D

Shower base was appalling. It was stepped up and super slippery.. no rubber matting provided . Paper cups of water and tea and coffee.. no milk, one sachet of sugar. Room was soundproof to the planes outside, but not to the goings on in the rooms above and beside . Air conditioning was difficult to manage impossible to open window for any fresh air. I didn’t even notice until I paid that you had it on 10% VAT tax.

Airport shuttle train from T2 very easy and convenient; check in process was very quick and easy

The hotel wi-fi was very weak in my room. I did successfully connect, but was a weak signal

Location to the airport was the only good thing about this property. Everything else was a real disappointment as I am finding it hard to say anything more I liked.

The staff were very average especially in the restaurant which seemed very abrupt and rushed. The aircon is very average and thankfully we weren't there in the height of summer. The room was very small for an executive double room (25m2), with a strangely small toilet with an equally small bathroom. It definitely was not worth the price 460 euro's we paid for two nights and would stay at the Pullman or Hilton next time, which have rooms (twice the size) for a lesser or similar price.

We loved that it was located directly in the airport as we had a 14 hour layover.

The fact that the hotel has its own exit to the CDG airport shuttle station was the primary reason I booked it. Getting to the terminal took only about five minutes, which eliminated the headache and stress of fighting the morning traffic to make an early-morning flight.

The room was a bit on the small side for three people but was functional at the same time.

The location was very convenient to get to from the airport and given how close it was to terminals 1,2 and 3 I can’t believe I didn’t hear planes taking off or landing. It was so quiet.

Restaurant choices in the area are extremely limited so it was a bit disappointing that the hotel restaurant was expensive and I felt it was too fancy to grab a bite after a long flight.

A better than usual airport hotel. Our room was comfortable enough for our one night stay. Very convienient free access from/to CDG terminals via CDGVAL shuttle is a bonus
