The wc in the room is tiny. You close the door and my legs hit its super tight

my wife had a serious accident, broke her wrist on our second day of arrival… even though we had a medical report suggesting a surgical treatment, the hotel declined to make a refund for the remaining days of stay. In health issues, the hotel could be more humane and flexible. Health is much more important than money.

excellent location, great spa, super breakfast. Topped off with welcoming, enthusiastic and professional staff.
The only thing I could criticise is the toilet in the bedroom - which was really tiny.
