We agreed to check on later. The room key, which was prepared for is, did not give us access to our designated room. Consequently we got stranded with kids at 02:00 hours without a hotelroom. The hotel key provided did give access to the room of on other room, which was already occupied. This is something that should not be possible with proper hotel front desk and security. After contacting the emergency telephone number, things got sorted out after some time that night, though.

Breakfast, personal mostly friendly, especially lady at bar, gym, fire alarm working really well and loud

Bed is a bit hard so slept on duvet and must have windows open for a cooler room. But these are minor issues in a very nice hotel.

The room was nice we didn't try the restaurant.

Be booked twin rooms but the hotel refused to honour the booking. They had twin rooms left but wanted to charge us more. We had to stand our ground arguing for half an hour until they did give us the rooms we booked. We complained to booking.com who have taken it up with the hotel. As we stood there arguing that we wanted the rooms we had booked the receptionist actually said " it's not my problem" It's not what you need after a days travel. When we did get the rooms they were further away than a weatherspoons toilet. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you have specific requirements like twin beds as you may not get what you have booked.

Clean, friendly staff.

No AC, it was very hot, even a fan, which was provided by the reception, did not help much. Shower needs service.

Reliable and fast Internet, free parking, modern rooms nicely designed, good breakfast, also l I tried to restaurant in the evening good food

The room had pitched roof area, I wouldn’t mind but it was above the bed so I hit my head in the morning

We had Fitness and Sauna that were free for everyone that was booked into the hotel. The restaurant was good as well as the breakfast. Parking spot was free of charge. A grocery store right near the hotel.

AC was available only for additional cost. Room was in the attic and it wasn't that pretty. Cockroaches (those gas schwab bugs) in the hotel corridor.

This property is very nice, great location, service is excellent and English was spoken which helped me. Breakfast was really good.

Nothing negative to say.
