Чисто, светло, современно, много пространства и приветливый персонал.

Окна моего номера выходили во внутренний дворик, где располагался итальянский ресторанчик. Было очень шумно из за выбрасывания пустых бутылок в контейнеры каждый день, шум от посетителей, их громкие разговоры, крики и смех, шум от поставщиков продуктов и напитков. Это был единственный недостаток!

Hôtel magnifique incroyablement bien situé, lits très confortables, petiit dejeuner parfait, piscine agréable … juste le service au bar un peu lent, mais personnel très gentil. Parking sous l’hôtel parfait si on vient en voiture.

The location was excellent, in one of the main streets but just around the block there were the shopping areas, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies and subway stations. Checking-in could have been much faster, as the receptionist had to work the screen for a bit, but otherwise it was alright. The room was quiet, comfortable, well-appointed and cleaned daily. The room temperature was centrally controlled but was always nice, not too warm and not cold. The bed was clean, firm and made up daily. It was possible to open the window to let in fresh air, if necessary, but when closed one doesn't hear street noise. The TV was good, a lot of news channels in English. Bottled water supplied daily. Laundry service was excellent. There is a cab rank in front of the hotel.

There was no heated towel rack in the shower room.

Gute Lage, vieles zu Fuss erreichbar, Personal ist teilweise sehr freundlich, teilweise hat es keine Ahnung von Bedienung. Sehr bequeme Betten. Spa Bereich ist schön gestaltet.

Folgende Punkte gehören aus meiner Sicht bei dieser Hotelklasse sofort optimiert: - Wartezeit beim Check-in und Check-out von 10 - 15 min., 4-5 Personengruppen waren am Warten -> keine adäquate Reaktion im Sinne von Anfordern von weiterem Personal. - Bedienung beim Frühstück (Lernende sollten sich am sehr freundlichen, seniorigen Personal ein Beispiel nehmen und die Mindestregeln der Bedienung kennen, zudem scheinen entweder die Arbeitsbedingungen so schlecht zu sein, dass die Motivation komplett fehlt oder es liegt an der Person selbst.) - Motto mit "well-..." scheint spätestens beim Frühstück aufzuhören, bzw. nicht auf eine gesunde Ernährung ausgerichtet zu sein: Nüsse, Samen, etc. fehlen ebenso wie ein guter Kaffee (Maschinenkaffee ist ungeniessbar) - Fehlender Charme, fehlendes Auge für Details seitens der Hotelführung - Karten funktionieren immer mal wieder nicht bei den Aufzügen - Unübersehbare Fett-Tapsen bei den Aufzügen passen nicht zum restlichen "möchtegern5*"-Gehabe

Parking was a nightmare

U liked the location of the hotel as it is surrounded by many stores and restaurants. The bed was comfortable. Housekeeping is good.

I didn't like the receptionist attitude while I'm checking in. He was so tough in his way of talking. Unlike Westin Grand Berlin, staff was super considerate and polite. Also, there is a man who is supposed responsible for the Seevice Express in the hotel, he brought up our luggage in the room, and when we tipped him with 3 euros, he mocked us, and left them because they are little. In more, this guy was talking to us in an inappropriate way, which triggered my husband. He is very loud and doesn't say "please" or "thank you." He just appreciates who gave him 10 euros as tips. Last, this guy used to stay at the front desk of the hotel, and he interfered with all the talks between me and the receptionist. I'm totally disappointed, and I'm waiting for the hotel's apology if they gave attention to my complaint. Also, the air-conditioning in the room was very bad to the extent that they brought us a fan.

The bed is huge! I just loved it! It was the most comfortable dream that I had in a month! Also spa is included to the stay price, so it really balances the price difference with other hotels. I loved small benefits like mini lavender oil present, those details were crucial in making the stay special. The staff is really helpful and friendly, this hotel should be exposed as an example of perfect service of 5 star hotel.

Clean, newly renovated everthing is new in the room I have single room and my boys double one and they located us near to each other. However, the hotel was fully booked but all staff are much supportive

Room photo on booking.com were deceiving. There was a photo with a room with seperate area from the bedroom but once we arrived we were told that this room did not exist. As we travel as a family it was important to us to have a seperate room for our kid and that’s why we booked this hotel over others. The Receptionist first tried to charge us 70€ per night to move us to a bigger room. once they finally gave a bigger room we called for a baby crib which we were told we had to also pay extra for even thought it’s listed as free amenity for children of 2yo. Shower was a complete nightmare and flood the whole bathroom and carpet everytime it was used. wasn’t what I wanted to deal with on my holidays. Room service was also deceiving. charging 8€ extra to bring a kids menu pasta to the room. if they had been upfront with this extra charge I never would have ordered considering the pasta cost 10€.

Laundry service didn’t pick up our clothes. Somebody left paper cups and didn’t cleaned. Restaurant staff didn’t set cutlery for my kid.
