Sehr geräumiges Appartment, sehr mordern eingerichtet, mit einem grossen Doppelbett, diesmal nach hinten raus, was ich nicht so bevorzuge, da man von dort aus die Skyline nicht sehen kann. Die Matratze des Bettes ist fest, Kissen und Decken ausreichend vorhanden. Ein grosser Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, eine Mikrowelle, ein Ceranfeld mit 2 Induktionsplatten sowie abgezähltes Geschirr, Topf, Pfanne, Gläser sind vorhanden, um sich selbst zu verpflegen.
Eigentlich alles genauso, wie auf dem Foto :-)
Ein Teegut Laden ist DIREKT vor der Tür mit einem vorgelagerten Bäcker, der auch Sonntags offen hat. Besser kann es gar nicht sein, wenn man sich selbst versorgen will. Das Parkhaus unter dem Hotel ist genial, man fährt mit dem Fahrstuhl von dort trocken auf seine Etage und zahlt pro Tag nur 10 Euro. Es hat den grossen Vorteil, daß man den Tagessatz im voraus bezahlt und so oft rein- und rausfahren kann, wie man will. Das Parkhaus ist grosszügig und wenig besucht, sauber, hell, ordentlich.
So wie das ganze Hotel. Ich war schon mehrfach dort und würde mich immer wieder für das Living Hotel entscheiden, wenn ich Frankfurt besuche.
Wenn man "mit Frühstück" bucht, befinden sich die meisten frisch zubereiteten Speisen in einem Kühlschrank, Waffeln, Spiegelei, Kaffee, Toast.. kann man sich selbst zubereiten. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Frühstücken braucht.

Das Hotet liegt zwar etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt ist aber dennoch gut zu erreichen. Die Lage ist gut. Wir hatten eine Aussicht auf die Skyline von unserem Zimmer aus. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hatte alles was man braucht.
Insgesamt ein super Hotel für einen Städtetrip nach Frankfurt!

This is quite a new property and everything was in excellent condition. Street parking nearby is generally easy to find, the bus stop is around the corner and there is a supermarket with a cafe next door.
There is no buffet breakfast so we used the cafe next door.

There was absolutely no place to put your suitcase, unless you unpacked to whole thing. There were ants in the bathroom and on the desk above
the smallest fridge that I have ever seen! I mentioned the ants to the staff twice, but nothing was done.

Great value for money with a decent size room. We had the business room which includes a lounge and private balcony. The minibar was free and was replaced with new beers and chocolate each day! Overall this place is great value and we would definitely return here if we come back to Frankfurt.
The check-in screen did not display in English. Parking is 10 euro per day but is to be expected with the central Location.

The facilities at the hotel were varied and excellent. I like the slightly quirky set up in the lounge area with comfortable sofas, books, records, self help drinks bar, I had a double apartment room with a kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, bedroom and balcony. The room were very clean and well facilitated with drink replenishment every day. The beds were very comfortable and there were x2 large LCD TVs. Good selection of food for the continental breakfast comprising of cold meats, cheese, fresh juices, bread rolls, jams, espresso machine etc.
Nothing. However, it would have been nice to have a few English speaking tv channels rather than just the news.

The property was great value for money. Room was comfortable. Supermarket on site very convenient. Great shower. Property about 25 minute walk to Iron Bridge but regular buses available
The only thing I would suggest is a toaster and hair dryer otherwise apartment had everything else needed

The self-checkin at the reception was straightforward and very friendly staff was available if I had any questions. The hotel is modern with tasteful decor and easy to reach by bus. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.
I only stayed for one night and didn't come across anything I didn't like during that time!

It’s very comfortable and spacious, great living space ratio for a serviced apartment/hotel! Great and comfy bed + bedding! Modern style, great noise cancelling windows. Very modern lighting. A lot of space for storage inside the apartment! The lobby has a good variety of seating areas to work or relax. The grocery store next door is very helpful
The laundry situation is awful. No detergents available and staff is suggesting to buy your own laundry detergent which only comes in household quantities… not useful. Also the app WeWash charges an arm and a leg… nearby laundromats are the better option. Disappointing.
The staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful. Very busy smoking and chatting amongst themselves. Too busy lecturing the guests instead of helping the issue at hand. I expected a little more professionalism considering the look of this place.
Beware when trying to work from the lobby… cleaning staff will not care and still switch on the vacuum cleaner even if you ask nicely to postpone just a few minutes.
