Very special setting Young atmosphere

Location, very near to the main shopping belt.

No amenities despite paying a high price for the room. No phone in the room for housekeeping. I went down to reception to ask for a shower cap and was told they don't provide any amenities other than shampoo and shower gel.

Coole Location

Very good location, good breakfast. Very nice staff. I really the atmosphere, very cool. I felt very comfortable sitting in the lobby and reading my book.

I loved everything.

Location was great. Centre of the city. Close to shopping areas Room was cosy and enough for 2. One could hear the other doors in the hall open and close but not really any other noise. Did not eat the breakfast so unable to comment on this.

the location and the idea of the hotel

there was no safe and fridge in the room, I understood the concept of the hotel but at least there should be a drawer with a key lock if not a safe where one can put his personal stuff and legal documents in while he is out. and for the fridge it is still important if one have things that must be cold like baby milk or medicine.

the ambience was great

I tried making a purchase of water bottles and apparently their system was down when it came to lying with a card, so I asked if they can charge my room in the meantime. I was told they couldn’t charge my room because I needed a credit card on file not my debit card.

Location

Rooms are very basic, no complimentary water, no closets, no safe, no telephones (for any need or complaint one needs to go down to the reception). On the first night there was no hot water in the shower. they fixed it only the next day. After complaining they gave us a discount of 20% for that specific day. On the second night I couldn’t sleep because of the noise from the adjacent room (the wall between the rooms is thin and does not isolate sounds; After complaining, they moved us to another room, the new room had smell of cigarettes in it, no soap and a problem connecting to TV. After complaining they moved us to a third room which was OK. On check out they asked for a higher rate than what was reserved through Booking; after checking they found out that it was a mistake made by one of the receptionists. Will not go back.
