Location is great as you are at the center of the city, pedestrian area. Very close to Altstadt.

THEY DON'T ISSUE INVOICES! BUSINESS TRAVELLERS SHOULD AWOID THIS PLACE! I have sent 15 emails and called Booking customer service more then 10 times to contact them directly. Prior to my arrival I have sent company details and requested the invoice, during check in/out again, they haven't sent it. Thee accommodation doesn't have reception desk even though they wrote in description it has, so you are basically alone in the building. Room doors are very light and I didn't feel safe. You can hear any cough or fart from the other room. Horrible! You do check in/out in near hotel 5min from the accommodation. The accommodation is overpriced, only good is location.

De hygiëne was verschrikkelijk. Er zaten overal kakkerlakken, en volop in de badkamer. Tot mijn verbazing zelfs een kever. Het was heel luidruchtig. De ingang stonk. Het personeel kwam ik de ochtend aankloppen, maar we sliepen. Hij kwam dan gewoon alsof het oke is naar binnen, terwijl wij sliepen. Een 3-sterren hotel? Dit verdient zeker geen 3 sterren.

Die Lage ist gut

Alles andere, das Zimmer hatte Blut auf dem Boden, hatte Kakerlaken im Bad, die Toilette war verstopft. Also kann ich gar nicht empfehlen!

Location was good, plenty of food options around. Room was bare minimum, but okay for a few hours.

I am okay with the concept of self-service check-ins, but unfortunately the check-in kiosk did not work and the door code I was given did not work. The door code was not sent to me before check-in time and I had to go to the reception desk of their partner hotel across the street in order to get one. The room was absolutely bare minimum, the air conditioning/heater did not work. The bed was small but sufficient for a small person.

Nichts, absolut ekelhaftes Hotel und eine Unverschämtheit, dass das hier überhaupt eine Plattform bekommt.

Es war laut, extrem dreckig und unhygienisch, so sehr , dass ich am nächsten Tag das Hotel verlassen habe. Rost, Haare überall im Badezimmer, zerbrochene Kacheln. Schmutz einfach überall. Ich habe alles mit Video und Fotomaterial dokumentiert. Beschwerde habe ich eingereicht, keine Reaktion. Ich habe mein Geld zurückgefordert, keine Reaktion. Es war von Anfang an nie ein Ansprechpartner jemals erreichbar, es gab kein WLan wie beschrieben. Ich bitte Sie über booking dabei zu helfen

Perfect location. Room was clean enough.

The hole in the bathroom was stuck. No physical staff I understand but response to inquiries/messages. There was an insect in the bathroom was big enough could have its own bed.

Location was pretty fine.

As the elevator was not working so no other help was provided to us. Thus, we have to lift our heavy stuff by ourselves to 5 floor after traveling the whole day. Moreover, next day also we have take it down in the same way which was truly disappointing. The another reason, as they mentioned the wifi service is free for their guest. However, the wifi strength was not reachable to our room. Which is another disappointment. We tried to contact their partner hotel for some assistance but they clearly refused to help us out.
