GREAT LOCATION, GOOD VALUE

it’s pity to write such words, but breakfasts were so-so, coffee tasteless, it was cold in the room, and when I asked for extra blanket, personal have forgotten to bring it to me. we were lack of hot water in the shower, so only one of us could take the shower in the hot water. Photoelectric bathroom faucet turned on and off by itself( It was every night at 01:00 a.m. and at 04:00 a.m. And when I needed water to brush my teeth , photoelectric faucet didn’t work. I stayed here during The Boot Dusseldorf 2023, so in addition to all the bad things the price was unreasonably high for that service. Really it’s my first bad review ever, and I’m pity of it

i loved the fact that we were very centrally located with supermarkets very close to the building, also the koningsallee was within 2 minutes of walking from the hotel

First of all, the staff tried their upmost best to help us with all of our questions! They were really nice and really tried their best. But i feel like the staff could be trained more on nice restaurants and bars in the city.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Room was small. Location wasn't great. Quite expensive for what you get.

Staff at the hotel were friendly and helped us out with checking in and bag storage. The hotel was mostly walking distance to everything. However, it wasn't in the main Old Town area.

The hotel room could use renovation. The walls were paper thin. We could hear everything from the neighbors. Our needed a new paint of coat. The battery for the TV remotes were not working. Some of the pillows had no filling in them, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on.

Hotel was very near to everything very central staff couldn't have done anymore for you if they tried,very helpful and friendly each and everyone of them room was very clean and comfortable definitely will be back again soon

only problem I had was my stay was not long enough Hotel was perfect can't say 1 bad thing about it or the staff

Good place to stay in near by dusseldorf hbf , takes 10 min by walk

if you have idea of tram transportation , it’s best place to stay.
