Right beside train station, easy walking distance of Altstadt.

Ich bin fast 70 jAHRE alt. Schon zum 2ten Mal wird mir ein Zimmer auf der 4ten Etage angeboten. Dort musste ich beide Koffer alleine schleppen. Die Zimmer haben schon den Charm der Siebziger. Der Hnadtuchhalter fällte fast aus der Wand. Das Zimmer war sehr laut. Insgesamt sehr schlecht!!!!

The location, just a few hundred meters from Düsseldorf Main Train Station. The Night Receptionist was extremely Professional.

Except the location which is close to Hauptbahnhof the rest is awful.

Lets start with the dark street towards hotel. The room is very old probably build in the 80's. The furniture, TV (old Grundig). Carpet extremely old and definitely not clean. I never experienced in 4 star hotel pillows like those at Leonardo. A normal pillow with barely filling and one small pillow with a very strange size which is useless to be quite frank. In addition, I hate shower in the bathroom and I didnt ask for that. But its ok. The amenities are also bad quality. Oh, I nearly forgot, the air condition. I turned it on and it smells really bad. I was forced to turn it off and to sleep with an open window. Last but not least there was a construction site on our floor and the whole dirt from the floor was coming into our room, simply terrible. I

overall clean , and also the complimentary coffee and snacks in the afternoon nice . The newly renovated rooms as well

Always try to stay here when in Düsseldorf,clean friendly atmosphere and very central.

The room was quite big and clean. It had large windows and comfortable beds. Definitely great value for money. However it might need a renovation.

Unfortunately our toilet was not working properly.

I stayed at theis property during the high season Prowein Expo event. @ 550 Euro per night for a 4* prpoperty. The price was very high - probably the highest rate for this property all year. It was therefore insulting to be asked each morning to pay for breakfast - surely at this highest rate it would be easier simply to include breakfast as stadard for guests and not have the added cost of staff monitoring this breakfast and very bad csutomer experience. Just because the hotel rate is maximised doesn't mean that the food cost and staff cost has increased accordingly. Very disappointed by this poor management position.

The staff is very cooperative and helpful. Rooms are maintained clean and tidy. Wifi is excellent.

Air conditioning can be better.

Staff were very helpful. Close to the train station, and walk to city centre. Parking available. Big rooms for city accommodation. Gym facilities available and the family loved the table hockey.
