Probably I could say the location. The hotel is not far away from the train statin.

The hotel is located at a corner between 2 busy street, so not quite, I could not sleep, as I heard the street, cars, people and birds. And also pillow was really bad I woke up with neck pain. I think smoking is allowed in the hotel as I could feel the smell of cigarets. I cannot say the hotel looked dirty, but it is an old building so...., and the bed was also ok, but the pillow, pheuoooo

Easy to find from the railway station and very clean. Good price.

The location was in a poor area. The room was adequate but very basic. Desk but no chair. The tv remote would not change channels.

We spent the night on the floor of the breakfast room because that evening the lock of the room door wouldn't open anymore, which was still working fine earlier that afternoon. Our luggage was in the room. Another, newly arrived guest found strange people in his bed and therefore didn't have a good night's sleep either in this same breakfast room with no bed and full display to the street. Reception was already deserted and locked and the phone was no longer answered. Owner or responsible was UNREACHABLE and, in essence, that comprises the biggest complaint. Police called to the rescue, were also powerless and unable to reach anyone, nor had legal ground to bust our room door. Their friendly advice though was better not sleep on the street in this part of the city and try to find another hotel. This turned out to be impossible (Some Düsseldorf fair and a Alice Cooper concert rendered all free rooms occupied) Furthermore, the warm room had no air con and was very noisy with the windows open. However, we didn't get much of that anyway down there on the breakfast room floor
