EVERYTHING!!! Irina(Ukrainian), Christian(German-Serbian) & Pankaj(Srilankan) gave us outstanding services! Always were happy to help & support. Went beyond their means to be made the 9 of us feel so welcoming! Such a shame that finding the gym took us longer due to the lack of English signs! But enjoyed it fully on our last night! Guys, never seen any hotel offer unlimited icecreams, complementary chocolates with greeting cards, free coffee pod machine in individual room, trust me, made us so happy to start your day with all day lemon, lime & orange floating water, fresh apples and oranges by the reception, and so on & on... My little one loved playing pianos... Got told off politely by a man who was holding a meeting...cause, we did not see any sign of 'meeting-in-progress!' Sorry!! He played the 2nd piano in the middle of the alley a lot.... got praised by guests & stuffs!!!! Love you guys. Always stay the way you are... If I missed mentioning anything, please accept my humble Apologies! Love & piece!

TEXT messages were a bit slow! And 2 am taxi support could have been offered! Kids were losing patients while I had to download an app by the train station! I did ask for taxi support as soon as I booked. But only advised last minute that "there were plenty of taxis!' But when a group of 9 arrived at the wrong airport, they made 2 hours of shuttle journey: the last thing one needs is stranded for a taxi. Love you still!😍

Room and beds were ok. Stated that we would have breakfast included. When we arrived,...no,...included with a price! Beds were very good. Not much information on room, tv, English to understand. Close to airport.

If it says breakfast included,...it should be included without an extra fee. Also parking. Had to pay more. Floor needed some cleaning. webs, trash.

Clean and comfortable

Only access is by car/taxi really. Yet taxis had hard time locating it. Which was weird considering they were lined up outside it most of the time.

Fantastic location in proximity to the airport. Clean hotel, comfy beds, and the dinner buffet was pretty darn tasty as well.

Be weary of visiting Frankfurt city central area. Very very bad homeless and drug problem in parts of the city. Extremely transparent and scary walking down certain streets. This hotel is far enough distance away from it all and I would definitely recommend it if you need to visit Frankfurt. Great place!!

Molt in the bathroom, tub wasnt clean. Everything is outdated.

It was affordable for last minute booking in Frankfurt and could take our 2 vans that had kayaks on top. Checkin was easy.The outdoor garden for dinner was nice.

Hotel is a little dated, and the triple rooms were a double room with an extra bed (not too comfy) added in. Not too far from the airport.

Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel seems to be in decay, the restaurant was closed and the hotel is some km away from everything. All in all the hotel has seen better days.

Our booking was for two adults and one child (3 years old). But there was no bed for the small one, not even after we asked for it. And the staff pretended that that was fully normal and was our fault that we did not ask specifically for a bed for the child. I have never seen something like this.

The room was clean and have comfy beds. But the room smelled bad like the smell of cigarette. It was only for a short stay like few hours but we slept inhaling those cigarettes. 🥹

Room is space and comfortable bed but a single blanket really disturbed my sleeping since it wasn’t big enough to cover me.

It’s difficult to say what we liked after we had kind of this issues..

Customer service very bad, I had questions about the invoice and the calculations on 26/02/2023 and the receptionist asked me if I have someone to calculate for me..( because he was thinking I’m stupid or idiot… I don’t know… I didn’t want to fight with him.. but definitely this is the last time we coming to this place, very UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE. This was our second and last time in this hotel, first time it was in May 2022 and it was nice and much better than our recent visit.
