Zimmer sauber, Einchecken kurz vor Mitternacht war kein Problem. Frühstück nicht in Anspruch genommen. Insgesamt ok.

Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, sehr reichhaltig. Zimmer schöne große Fenster und ausreichend Platz.
Wir haben das Hotel jetzt schon zum zum zweiten mal besucht und sind auch dieses mal wieder sehr zufrieden.
Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Abluft im Bad war nicht so gut.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, das Personal war freundlich, das Hotel sehr sauber und das Zimmer top!
Für Gäste im fortgeschrittenen Alter ist eine Dusche in der Badewanne leider nicht so einfach zu nutzen. Sehr schade!
Leider konnte uns niemand im Hotel einen Fünzig-Euro-Schein wechseln um dem Service-Personal und den Putzkräften noch ein Trinkgeld dazulassen.

Cleanliness. Polite and helpful Staff. Fast Wi-fi. Big hotel. Big reception area. Free umbrella for usage.
My room was not cleaned for 4 days, Despite promise that it would be cleaned on third day. Was sort of cheated with "Green Service" card of 5 Euros when practically you can't get any food/beverage at their restaurant for 5 Euros. They told over e-mail that there is a cattle but there was just the coffee machine, not the kettle. More Clear/Prominent marking of Veg & Non-Veg items in breakfast should be there. Room Size seems small. Beds were dis-jointed.

Very modern, almost 'stylish', totally clean, nice rooms, great bed.
Staff seemed a bit 'overwhelmed' at Check In, Check Out was much better and pricing is 'just' ok.

We arrived after a long drive at 3 o clock and the bar and terras were closed. We could not have a drink until 6 o’ clock. After our journey we were very thirsty so that was not good

Nice big room, very clean. Complimentary water bottle in the fridge and nice breakfast included. Large car park in front of the hotel, which was for free.
Colour scheme of the decoration not my favourite, but that is of course matter of taste.

The hotel has an excellent air conditioning system. We stayed during the July 2022 Heat Wave (40C/100F) and the temperature in our room was in the low 70s(F).

The staff were pleasant and friendly and helpful. The Hotel held the Germany Open pool Championship so I was staying on site with easy access to the pool venue. This was my reason for travelling to Bremen in the first place.
Television channels were all dubbed in German with German subtitles also. As an English speaking guest there was nothing I could watch when I had spare time on my hands. This was the only downside to the whole of my stay.

We left very early morning and did not get the breakfast we paid for to takeaway with us as requested. Staff said bread has not come yet so no breakfast even we have paid money for that.

Everything was great! Very modern and organised Hotel with excellent decor. comfortable room with all what is need! Sparkling water as welcome treat was fantastic! We took the chance to have dinner at Hotel Restaurant (DERBY) and was fabulous!
Nothing to point at all! Everything was amazing! Perfect place to stay over, specially if you like nature, horses and want some privacy and silence!
