Très bien, le personnel soignant et très à l’écoute des clients. Autant la réception de l’hôtel que pour le service au petit déjeuner très bien beaucoup de choix, sans oublier le personnel que sans les femmes de chambre il n’y’ aurait jamais de propreté et merci à vous qui êtes là et que malheureusement nous les voyons pas mais sans eux les hôtels seraient vides. Merci

Il est obligatoire de descendre pour fumer même pas un petit coin pour fumer à l’intérieur de l’hôtel dans la cour,,

Hotel was good as expected but my stay was made exceptional due to the kind hospitality of the staff, particularly the driver Vladimir who went above and beyond. Vladimir provided helpful information at his own initiative, was always on time, helped me with my bags and whilst doing so he always had a smile on his face. His professionalism and proactive approach made me feel welcome and is the reason I will choose to stay at the Crowne Plaza hotel rather than others in the area on my next visit.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Crown Plaza Geneva, I had decided to stay an extra day following a ski trip with friends to Chamonix and this hotel was superb, the room was very clean and quite and the staff incredibly friendly. However, one of the best features was the free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel every 20 minutes, this was a life saver for me and I used it several times.

Улучшить работу с кредитками, списание прошло с 4 или 5 раза. Остальное - ОК.

Very handy to the airport and shuttle bus service was excellent. Room was great and check in excellent. Breakfast also very good.

Insbesondere der Shuttle-Service zwischen dem Genfer Flughafen und dem Hotel um Ihren Mitarbeiter aus Portugal, Herrn Ramillo, war MEGA! Das gilt auch für Ihre Kolleg*innen am Empfang! Ich würde denen folgende deutsche Note geben: 1,3! Ansonsten war das Gesamtpaket stimmig.

Die Herrschaften an der Empfangstheke müssen dafür Sorge tragen, dass die Bedienung der Gäste unabhängig von ihren Kleidungen, vielmehr ihrer Ankunftsreihenfolge rigorös erfolgen muss! Manche haben sich leider vorgedrängt; es muss nicht sein meiner unmaßgeblichen Meinung nach! .

Location - it was easy to travel to city center and back

Room faced a petrol bunk and a main road with decent traffic - hence it was busy all night. While staff had asked me which room I wanted - if I wanted at the back side. I was unaware of this traffic infront.

This hotel is great for a business stay near the airport as there is a regular shuttle and a bus service. No need for taxis. Very extensive breakfast buffet.

First night the room I was unable to increase the room temperature but the hotel staff provided an additional heater once I reported it

A pleasant enough room -- a Premium room -- on the top floor, with all the usual facilities. Airport location is excellent

The executive lounge did not at all live up to our expectations. The choice of food was minimal, and some of it (e.g. the dessert) was dessicated and unpalatable. The selection of beverages was also narrow. Some fellow guests came into the lounge, took one look at the food and quickly departed.

This hotel was a little further from the airport than I'd expected, however the shuttle buses are efficient. The rooms have been recently renovated and are very clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities.

Nothing first class.

I like the breakfast a lot. The infrastructure of the hotel and facilities. I did not like that I need a change of the room and they did not make the room the last day.

The cleaning service did not do the room last day.
