Very nice rooms, very quiet where we were. Could not get the Expresso machine to work- my only complaint. The navette was Swiss punctual!

I’ve stayed here before because of the location. Bed is nice and the room is a good size

Loading and unloading is hard because as I tried to pull in and park they have a huge bus blocking the entrance to the carpark. The receptionist said that I have to drive around the block and bring my heavy bags that way. I parked outside to unload our bags but had to park in the exit because of the bus blocking the entrance. I then ended up blocking the shuttle bus trying to take people to the airport, I gave up in the end and just returned my hire car early. After a long week skiing I was looking forward to relaxing and enjoying room service, I called reception and they told me the number to call- The man at the restaurant said that they won’t be doing room service today and also the restaurant was full.. no dinner for me. They say the shuttle is every 10 mins in the morning.. it’s not. We got there at 5:20 and didn’t get a shuttle until 5:50 which meant we were rushed for our flight.

Great family quad room and outstanding location. Walkable to airport in good weather (5-10 min max).

Shuttle was awful — it’s free but fills up and they don’t run enough or they need more in early morning hours to accommodate so many guests.

Location was ecxellent. Staff very helpful. Delicious breakfast. Airport shuttle convenient and reliable.

Nothing, loved everything about my stay

Having the public transport pass sent online before arriving at the hotel was the most useful thing for our visit to Geneva. The room was big and very clean.

The rooms should be provided with two chairs as long as the room is for two people. The hotel provides paper plates and glasses. I think that providing glass or ceramic cups and plates would be a better initiative with a smaller impact on the environment.

This past week, we spent 200 CHF for a one-night stay. Unfortunately, our experience was less than satisfactory. The room’s condition was disappointing, with a torn and dirty curtain and a wobbly table. Additionally, we encountered a leak under the shower door, further detracting from our comfort. The breakfast provided was mediocre at best, lacking fresh fruits, serving only machine-made coffee, and offering cold scrambled eggs, among other shortcomings.

Locatie buna pentru aeroport. Transport inclus pentru si de la aeroport. Carduri de calatorie primite pe mail inainte sa ajungem la Geneva. Personal amabil, camere mari si foarte curate cu toate ca este un hotel de mare trafic. Camera de bagaje fara cost suplimentar si chiar daca pierzi bonul primit pentru pastrarea acestora, le primesti inapoi, asa cum le-au primit prietenii nostrii😄. Hotelul pune la dispozitie apa, cafea si ceai in camera.

The smell in the room was horrible. Especially in the toilet. Felt like they have never opened a window in this room to let some fresh air some in. There is an AC but it wasn’t the best

There was a lot of confusion to enter the correct hotel as all 3 Nash hotels were located together & the receptionist was most unhelpful. The information given in the room clearly said that guests should receive the travel cards - yet even after asking the receptionist how we were to use the public transport he didn’t offer any help or the pass. He even stopped answering the phone when we dialled from our room. I would strongly recommend that Nash Suites Hotel stop employing racist and brash youngsters because this was a clear case of preference due to colour.

Conveniently located close to the Geveva Airport and adjacent train station. The room was comfortable. The staff fantastic.

When we reached at 12:30pm unfortunately one member of reception staff had been left on her own for the whole morning she was and she was run off her feet. Bu she was still very plesant and welcoming. Due to being busy she forgot to tell us we had free travel passes for Geneva which meant we ended up paying for buses, this was eveen after asking her how to use the buses.

This hotel's proximity to the airport makes it an ideal choice for travelers like myself who require an overnight stay. Additionally, the hotel provides a free shuttle service to pick guests up from the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the facilities are excellent. The breakfast is satisfying, with the added bonus of being able to request eggs and pancakes from the kitchen. The staff members are also very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is situated in a restricted area for Uber, which means you can only avail taxi services. Although it may cause slight inconvenience at times, it is not a significant issue.
