the shuttle bus to the airport at 08.30 was massively oversubscribed and we used public transport instead, rather than risk missing a flight

The location was good for us

The rooms were very small, the windows didn’t open so the rooms were very hot as the aircon also seemed to be faulty, the plug sockets did not work, we had ants in the room with us and at 4am we have an overwhelming smell of fried onions in the room….

The front door literally doesn’t lock. Water stains were on the carpet floor. No overhead lights

Teppichboden wirkt nicht mehr zeitgemäss. Schlechte Info, dass Abends die Rezeption im Pratik nicht besetzt ist. Man muss sich an der Rezeption im Nachbargebäude melden.

La proximité avec l’aéroport et la gentillesse du chauffeur de la navette dont le trajet avait été modifié suite à une alerte à la bombe à l’aéroport.

Room was a bit small but for overnight before flight worked well. Close to restaurants

We enjoyed our one night stay in a very clean quiet room. Check-in was quick and easy and the luggage storage system meant we were able to sightsee in Geneva before our trip back to the airport in the shuttle bus. Water and tea tray a lovely touch.

Bit difficult to get into the bed with it up against the wall.

Location, staff, cleanliness

Our room was very small and tight, and twin beds are not available in the Pratik building.

The hotel was very clean and rooms are spacious. The location is also exceptional, took us less than 5 minutes to walk from P51 car rental parking lot. The airport shuttle that runs every 20 minutes is also very convenient, it drops you right at the terminal in less than 5 minutes. Would definitely stay here again if we ever have an extended layover in Geneva!

Not much to dislike. Parking is expensive which is expected near the airport. We were only given one room key and we were a couple, an extra room key would've been good.

I stayed there a few times, I like the location and the hotel. The bar is nice, the shuttle to the airport is great.

Not sure I'll stay for more than a night (at least not in a small room). This time the room was supper warm although I changed the thermostat- didn't try asking for the staff's help cause I had only a little time to sleep before a flights.
