all the major attractions in the Vienna city are at a walking distance

we got the room facing the road. it was very noisy which disturbed our sleep. closing the window didn’t help. secondly, despite the window the room is not properly ventileated

The room was a little too small. The breakfast had the same food everyday.

Room could have been a bit bigger but all necessary items were there, functional and clean.

Didn’t like the pillows, but staff quickly brought extras, no problem at all.

Low water pressure

The staff were very helpful. At the reception desk they gave me all the information I needed such as a map of Vienna, they gave me an umbrella when it was pouring rain, and they let me store my bags in their locked storage room. The hotel was about a 10-15 minute walk from a lot of the attraction. The breakfast was really amazing, a lot of things to select from and they had bacon! My room was facing the back which was nice because there was no street noise and overall very quiet. Also the bathroom was my favorite part of the room the tile was beautiful, the shower pressure was great, and they provided a lot of amenities :)

The price of the room was a bit pricy for what I got. I had a small twin bed but it worked for just me. The housekeepers forgot to clean my room one day, but I didn’t mind I just thought they would check to see if every room was clean, I even had the sign turned to “clean my room” but it’s ok since I’m a neat person in general. Overall it was a great stay though.
