This was our favorite hotel so far. The hotel staff were fairly helpful. It was a spacious hotel for a European hotel. There was enough room for suitcases. We didn't have to work real hard to get creative to figure out how to figure out how to fit them. The bathroom was spacious enough for us to be able to put clothes that we wanted to change into after showering in there. I've come to look at that as a luxury in a European hotel. Another plus is that they had multiple hooks where you could hang clothes or jackets. There were many extra touches such as kleenex. The location was fantastic. We could easily walk to many wonderful restaurants within about fifteen minutes or less

The shower floor was slippery. We didn't like that there are two separate small blankets instead of one for the bed. That said, it seems to be a bit common in Europe to see that. I don't understand it. I really felt that the blankets were rather uncomfortable that way. I can't imagine why anyone would want something like that. It would be nice to have a blanket that reaches across the whole bed. I also found it a bit of a pain to have to spread each out. Unfortunately, when the maids come, they put them back the way they began,and you have to start all over again.  Another thing that they did not have that I would prefer is that there was no do not disturb sign for you to hang on your door. Instead you have to remember to push the lock in. Once I forgot to do that and when we got back to our rooms, The maids had folded those tiny blankets up and I had to get them situated all over again. If there had been I do not disturb sign that I could have hung on the door, I could just left it out on the door and I wouldn't have to keep remembering anything. There was plenty of hot water.

Thin walls, no kettle / fridge

The hotel has a good position near the city center, close to the Votiv church and a City hall, close to the public transport. The room was cozy an had everything we needed. Calm place for a good sleep, breakfast offered sweet and savoury food, coffee was great.

Location is good & slient. Staff is really helpful at the front desk. Property has an elevator. Wardrobe is wide for 2 people, enough space for clothes.

No have special refrigerator in the room. Pretty small bathroom.

everything was superb

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. We received good advice for booking a restaurant for a Christmas dinner and were very happy with it. The location is on a quiet street, but close to the Rathaus and sights, and the area is very pleasant. There is a vegan restaurant just across from the hotel with very good kitchen - highly recommend! The room itself had everything necessary, nice bed, nothing to complain about.

The bathroom drain smelled a bit. To be fair, we didn't complain, so perhaps if we had done so, they would have dealt with the problem. The breakfast could have more vegetables.

Compared to other accommodations, this one was very affordable, close to the city center. The accommodation is in a beautiful old building, the room has wallpaper, a squeaky floor and old bourgeois windows - I loved it.

They could have their own parking space and a more varied breakfast.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Room is very pretty and spacious.

Shower is very small. Breakfast has little variety, particularly for couples travelling with children.
