La cama cómoda y que tiene parking previo pago de 13€.

Nadie te ayuda ni te informa cuando llegas, caos en el check in y check out , prácticamente te ignoran y se limitan a decirte que si no haces esto o aquello tendrás que pagar más, en fin que para eso que pongan una maquina y atendería mejor . El parking aunque es subterráneo no es cerrado. Está muy lejos del centro. Y el precio es muy caro para lo que ofrecen.

Das Zimmer war größentechnisch ausreichend, war auch nur für 1 Nacht um nicht spät noch 2 1/2 Stunden zurückfahren zu müssen. Die Lage war in der Nähe einer Bushaltestelle und auch nahe der Veranstaltung zu der wir wollten. Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Das Zimmer hatte leider fleckigen Teppichboden und fleckige Gardinen, die Sauberkeit war dementsprechend nicht sonderlich ansprechend. Auch war der Empfang, vor allem bei Abreise nicht sonderlich freundlich. Zu Beginn hieß es das Parken im Parkhaus wäre umsonst, man müsste einfach bei Abreise bescheid geben, dann wird die Schranke geöffnet. Bei der Abreise wollte ein anderer Mitarbeiter am Empfang nicht gerade wenig Parkgebühren haben. Wir haben das Gespräch vom Vortag angesprochen, da hieß es, dass das eigentlich nicht sein kann, da heutzutage nichts umsonst wäre. Ich denke das gehört zum Service, vor allem wenn man es anders kommuniziert! Konnten dann erwirken dennoch rausfahren zu können. Alternativen an der Straße wären ja auch vorhanden gewesen und die hätten nichts gekostet!

I did not like their personal because when I want to explain then something, they even did not want to hear me. Additionally, in the check-in time there was a long queue to check-in. We came at 3pm but checked in almost 4 pm.

-Checking in took almost 1 hour due to long queue. Highly understaffed only one person was there managing all the guests. Later we found the parking was full or blocked, we can not use it so we need to find parking on our own which took another 30 minutes. - Room was not clean, there was a hole in the bedsheet and during the night it was very very uncomfortable due to the noises even after closing the windows we can hear all the noises from outside and even from the nearby rooms. Overall it was a very bad experience.

The TV did't worked, we have told the staff just to have an answer we will fix it tomorrow and they did not, the elevator didn't work, one of the heaters didn't work, we have been charged 15 EUR/day parking the staff had a tendency to argue when asked questions or receiving complains

Rooms had a reasonable size.

Staff at reception not friendly. Sink was broken, connecting door to next room not locked. Room not very clean. Carpet full of stains.

The rooms were very nice and the staff was friendly.

We were charged extra for an early check in even though the room was empty and other hotels offer it for free. The location was also not well connected

staff at reception very rude, both toilets were out of order and she refused to let us use the disabled toilet! it’s advertised there’s bike rental but when we asked they said they don’t do it. very unhelpful about anything we asked. had drunk people knocking on our door 2 nights in a row. there’s electric blinds for the window that just go up and down on their own waking us up numerous times in the night from the noise of them.

One invoice waited for several months. After several email communications. lol

Comfortable bed. Clean rooms. Modern facilities.

It was quite far out of Munich (20 minute walk to the nearest train station then a 10 minute train ride).

The room was big and cleaner than I would have expected. The furniture is not the newest, but still more than acceptable. Overall the hotel offers a good price/quality ratio if you need a short stay in Munich.

The position is quite bad, outside of the town and not having many public transport stations close-by

The room was clean and the view was nice

I didn't like that when you come a bit early, the hotel charges additional 10 euros per hour to the final price.
