Everything was fantastic! The room is clean and spacious with a brilliant lake view; the food in the hotel restaurant is like Michelin; the breakfast buffet is great; the staff is all very nice and helpful.

We were woken by biting mosquitoes in the room. Insect screens would help as there is no air con.

Beautiful lake facing room, neat and clean. Restaurant food is good but one can find cheaper options if you walk around. Quiet surroundings and a good place to relax.

The breakfast is just exellent! Many variety of the foods and drinks. The view is AWESOME and super! Seating nearby bueatiful Lake of Luzane and eating breakfast feels so good and refreashing every monring. We will come back again defintely. We had a family suite which has two spacious rooms. from the Balcone you can see the lake and mountain. Exellent location! The bus stop is right in front of the hotal. The ferry station is only 5 min walking.

Bed was not comfortable Pillow was too flat and provided little support Very noisy neighbors (not necessarily hotels fault) but noise isolation between rooms is not good

Immaculately clean. Superb situation / view on the lake. Well appointed rooms. Friendly, multi lingual staff and all very welcoming to our dog.
