Beautiful location on the lake. Rooms are very clean and staff are very helpful.
The rooms are ok but aren’t as luxurious as you would expect for the price per night.

Beautiful property with magnificent lake and mountains view. Very friendly staff. Our suite was amazing and complementary drinks were a nice treat. 3 great restaurants at the hotel.
Excellent Spa and pool.
Michelin star restaurant wasn’t open every day, rebooking or restaurant reservation cancellation has a cancellation fee.

Service was amazing, hotel building was like castles, and very clean rooms.
Spa was one of the best in the world.
All restaurant's was crazy good, special wagyu A5 shushi dish is next level, hotel have 6 wine chamber with special wine selection from France, Italy if you wine lovers this is place to be.

My husband and I felt very properly accommodated and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely helpful and catered to our every need.

By far the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Staff was brilliant, facilities was exceptional.

The hotel is very clean and well taken care of.
The stuff is very pleasant and feels like they sincerely love the place they work at.
Service, food, cleanliness and customer orientation was on highest level possible.
Bathrobes, towels, bedsheets were great as well.
The wine list is truly amazing (with very reasonable pricing) and apparently the owner has a great collection of his own which is worth taking a look.
Definitely coming back there!
The outdoor jacuzzi temperature was to low, wasn’t very pleasant being in there for more than a minute.

Stunning building and interior and even more spectacular scenery. Great staff - friendly, helpful and multilingual.
Although aware of food allergies and intolerances, didn’t really cater for them. Very limited choices if gluten and dairy are a problem. However food that was available was of a really excellent standard.

The Spa terrace is marvellous, as well as the See Terrasse, offering beautiful views on Lake Lucerne.

Everything is amazing. From the views to the suites and the food to the service, we were spoiled and had such a great stay. The facilities are great and clean. We especially liked that there were still some capacity restrictions (gym/sauna/elevator).

The quality of the room was excellent - with beautiful views over Lake Lucerne and the beginning of the Alps. Hotel dining is exceptional with 2 Michelin star restaurants. The hotel spa is also superb with an outdoor infinity pool and jacuzzi, and indoor sauna, steam room and tepidarium. Staff were friendly and helpful.
