Très belle vue dans un superbe cadre (chambre en coin), personnel de l'hôtel professionnel et efficace quoique manquant un peu de chaleur. Buffet petit déjeuner assez complet et de qualité satisfaisante.

The location is stunning right next to the lake. It is near the highway, so perfect for a 1 night stopover (we came from Greece and Italy and were returning to Belgium), yet it is very quiet and peaceful. We had an evening meal and breakfast, and both were top quality!!
Instead of a double bed, we had to single beds moved together which we didn't like that much. Also, the dinner was good, but quite expensive, for that price you can eat in a Michelin 1* place, quite a contrast with the restaurants where we had eaten in Greece and Italy...

Location was picturesque with breakfast right on the water. Room was clean and quiet, all views were beautiful. All of the staff was helpful and very nice.

Amazing hotel with a heavenly view. And they have netting on their windows so you can enjoy the cool weather at night (no AC or ceiling fan FYI).
The walk to the nearest bus station... is quite a walk...

Everything was above expectations, very good breakfast and friendly staff. We have received an upgrade of the room with lake view. The location is beautiful, close to the lake. Very quiet, simply beautiful.

The location is simply the best in Luzern. Very quite and beautiful place nearby to the lake.. All staffs were extremely helpful, especially Anker in the reception. Had a lovely stay there for 2 days!

very friendly personnel, clean, nice views next to the lake and vry vokd restsurant. the breakfast is also a high point...
as typical stopover for europeams travelling towards the South it is a pity not to have adaptors for those vksitors who forget to bring am adaptor for their electronic devices.
