Bijzonder mooi hotel! Mooie kamers met badkamer met bad en vriendelijk personeel. Drukke, gezellige bar met mooie cocktails. Auto in ondergelegen parkeergarage geparkeerd met 3 stuks 11 kV Tesla laders. Gratis laden voor hotel gasten.
Iets te weinig bediening tijdens ontbijt en in de drukke bar.

This hotel was fabulous - worth every penny. We even added an extra night to our stay because we loved it so much. We traveled with our 1 year old son and the staff was more than happy to accommodate a crib in our room, no charge. The breakfast was wonderful, anything you could want, even champagne! Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed, the bathroom was so clean it shined and the turndown service was a lovely touch. We'd 100% stay here again if we came back to Heidelberg!!!!

Good location
Bathroom had a blocked bathtub and the cleaning lady came in with a toilet plunger which took out very gross things out. I was absolutely grossed out and it ruined my stay. Even though we changed rooms, the image embedded in my mind. No compensation were offered. The pools water were not heated, very cold.
Breakfast was very plain with minimal selection

perfect location! perfect service! atmosphere of elegance!The whole place exudes fanciness:the furniture of the suites,the incredibly massive room space~~~The staff always try so hard to make the stay perfect!! This is my first time staying here and will be the next time and the only choice in Heidelberg! highly recommend 👍

It is a wonderful hotel and the staff is very attentive and professional. The location is also insuperable, and, also very important, it has a nice swimming pool in the top floor which makes all the difference from other alternatives.
It is not cheap, but anyway a 5 star hotel is not meant to be cheap. Otherwise, a very nice hotel.

The hotel is exquisite and grand! You feel like in a castle :)
Staff on reception is really friendly and helpful (they brought spoons to room, once we asked them).
They also gave fruits and a birthday cake for free!)
The room is spacious, comfortable, and warm, with beautiful furniture, a big nice bed, a modern TV, and a spectacular view of the inner yard.
Big and light bathroom; great SPA zone with wonderful pool and massages.
The hotel is quite close to Hauptbahnhof and city centre.
The only disadvantage is a high price.

Nice hotel-spa right in the middle of Heidelberg. Big room and comfy bed. The breakfast was spot on, though a bit expensive for a breakfast. Great staff.
