1. Apartment wasn’t clean properly, thus I had to clean it myself for days and even weeks. 2. There were technical problems that weren’t fixed even though the landlord promised to fix it, including shower and sink blockage, toilet seat moving and the press button was sinking inside. Vacuum cleaner wasn’t replaced even though it was not working. 3. Extremely noisy neighbor in the apartment above that was making noise at evenings and at nights - heavy waking and the whole apartment was trembling - I couldn’t sleep at nights and though I told the landlord everything she didn’t do anything about it (she claimed that she informed the house management) but the bottom line is that the noise continued all the time. It is the landlord responsibility to make sure that the apartment is cleaned before a new guest arrives. It is the landlord responsibility to fix all technical issues and to check the apartment once in a while to verify that the apartment is handed over in functioning and working conditions. It is the landlord responsibility to make sure that the neighbor from above will stop with the noise. I informed the landlord about all this issues and my hope is that she will change her entire behavior and think about the guest first. I am sure that in case she will travel one day she will not want to get the same awful treatment that I got.
