It is so quite a comfortable apartment, close to the center. Garage parking (29 euro). Coffee and tea free) . All necessary, like at home! In the bathroom, you also hear music.

We liked the location of the apartment, the size of the apartment and rooms, the air conditioning - it was a very hot few days in Vienna - and the cleanliness.

The elevator didn't work the first 36 hours and we were offered no help nor compensation for this. I had to lug up six heavy suitcases, two small children and a stroller to the 5th/6th floor. Communication was poor at times - note, they don't communicate outside office hours. Also, if you're tall like us, you're likely to bump your head many times. Our apartment was a penthouse with many diagonal ceilings.

Lovely, spacious apartment. All very clean and comfortable. Underfloor heating in the bathroom was great. Very good location for walking to the tram or into the city. Finally, so pleased there was air conditioning as it was hot in Vienna when visiting in July.

Only a couple of minor points - it would have been helpful to have had washing sponges for the dishes and towels for drying up. But otherwise, everything was great.

Room view pictures were edited. While in the web, you see the whole cathedral, but the actual room view is only the tip of the two towers. Shame.

A large 3 bedroom apartment with plenty of space and great view. Location is convenient with a short walk to public transport. Apartment could do with a few maintenance touch ups. However we would consider staying again.

- Apartment provided was different than that pictured on Booking.com - 2 bathrooms, but only 1 toilet (separate). It wasn't a problem for us, but it might be for others - We all got splinters in our feet from the outdoor decking - could use a sand and seal. - the front door entry was via a code on the handle. It was temperamental which resulted with us being locked out one evening. Someone came to resolve it, but it wasn't ideal. We noted other apartments had cards to swipe so this might not be an issue for other rooms. Management were very apologetic.

Great space , the check in was easy , directions where clear , the AC was very nice to have as the weather was hot

I only recommend to change the chiar and the sofa in the living room

Beautiful apartment, plenty of space for family of six. Three bedrooms, perfect for a week in Vienna. We really enjoyed the amenities and found the staff very responsive to our requests. We would come back to this apartment in future. Overall good value for money.

Key cards stopped working but staff fixed it very quickly with no inconvenience to us. Instructions in book for apartment appliances would have been helpful to have in English.

we booked for 2 adults and 2 children- which was confirmed in messages with the accommodation. however, when we arrived the beds for the children were not made up. we called to request and more bedding was provided and beds made up. however, extra towels were not provided which was frustrating

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! We loved it! It is a huge Penthouse, with 3 double rooms and 3 bedrooms (one en-suite). The living room and kitchen area is amazing with plenty of space and many windows with incredible views. There is also a nice small terrace. The location is really nice, close to public transport, tourist attractions and shops and restaurants. Via Toledo Enopizzeria is only 10 min walk away and it is definitely worth it! Probably the best pizza I have ever had (make sure you reserve a table). Sophie, the host is a sweetheart. Messaged me before our trip and provided all the information and also sent reminders. Very helpful and thoughtful. She even called on our check out day to make sure that everything was ok and we enjoyed it. Definitely worth it and we will definitely be coming back! The apartment exceeded all the expectations.

There are 2 things that we found a bit odd but did not necessarily bother us:. 1. Out of the 3 bathrooms, only 1 has WC (which is basically just a small bathroom with the WC and a sink) and the other 2 have a sink and shower/bathtub. 2. Not enough glasses (3 wine glasses and 3 water glasses).

Property was in a great location. Near to the central.

Some smoke smell however it might have the last occupant despite the apartment stating No smoking. it did go away after a day.

This is apartment #35 which spans over 2 floors. First floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with shower + tube, one with shower only) and A SINGLE TOILLETE/WC. The second floor is open kitchen, terrace and living room. Excellent view, well equipped kitchen, bath amenities, towels and bath robes. TVs in every room, decent WIFI. It even has a washing machine and a dryer. Very warm.

Advertising for 2 bathrooms and omitting to specify there is A SINGLE TOILLETE/WC was disappointing (I can barely imagine how 6 people could use the apartment). Some remote controls for windows shades and bathroom heaters didn't have battery - which is awkward (what kind of guests steal batteries?) The toilette was smelly - a freshener could make a difference. Kitchen paper towels were almost gone, the cooking hob was not working (or I was un-able to start it), the couch could use a new upholstery.

Abieshome staff were just extremely bad uncaring people. They didn’t answer the phone for 4 days!! we had an emergency and no one was available. They took our money and never told us how to get the keys! Horrible being there for the first time. The coat rack stock out about 12 inches from the wall into the entrance and both my husband and son ran into it because they are over 5’10 tall. My husband got hurt very badly and was knocked out on the floor. He should have gone to the hospital!!! Then later just by chance we ran into someone who had the keys. But no sleep because the fire alarm battery needed replacement at 2:30 am!! No one could be called to fix it. No sleep and we left early for our flight in very bad shape. I never write negative reviews but these people were just horrible. when I did reach them when I got back to US they could care less!! tThe manager never called me back

Easy access. Warm and comfortable. Great location. If travelling by car you can book a parking spot. Metro Station is a few minutes away. Easy communication with Abieshomes.

bag drop didn’t seem secure. no early check in without payment per hour. shower didn’t drain properly. towels insufficient - poor quality, too few. we were mopping up shower overflow with paper towels we bought.

beautiful deck space. cushions on outdoor furniture need to be replaced. we arrived very early as we traveled overseas. we called to get in early and we’re told they could not accommodate us. we asked to be called when the room was ready. we did not receive a call. we kept stopping by to see if our code worked to get our keys. it was indeed ready early but we had to figure that out on our own.
