La piscine extérieure

Piscine extérieure pas suffisamment chauffée pour l’hiver, pas assez de places de parking extérieures lorsque l’hôtel est complet, pas de lard grillé au petit déjeuner, trop de monde dans l’espace piscine donc pas de places disponibles pour s’allonger.

Les bains privés avec l’hôtel spa et hammam. Le petit balcon sur la vue Des montagnes magnifiques. L’espace lit et canapé immense. Les espace Bar cheminée de la réception.

Le faite que l’espace spa et hammam ne soit pas ouvert le matin. Dans la chambre les toilettes minuscule. Le passage des chambres jusqu’aux différents lieux de vie avec beaucoup de couloir et d’escalier et ascenseur minuscule.

Sauna, Hammam and warm thermal pools were a must after beautiful long walks in the surrounding mountains!! Rooms are clean and spacious, the restaurant is very good and the service is great! All the Staff is very friendly.

All hotel staffs were helpful and very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Thermal bath pools and sauna helped relaxing after a long drive.

All facilities close too early and open quite late in the morning. If planning to drive a long way to this hotel for a night stay, it may be not worth it.

The beds were very comfortable!

The drain was blocked in the shower so it took a long time to drain.

Clean room, nice bar and decent breakfast. (The barman was very nice) Situation is really good, next to baths and near facilities.

Indoor swimming pool pretty dirty, shower did not work, I had to use the bath. Pretty expensive... But hey, it's Switzerland.

The view from the room was great. There was a kettle in the room. Easy to get to the pool (just go down to -1 in the lift). Friendly, helpful staff. The room and hotel were very clean. Inside and outside pools were excellent. In general we had a fine time. Breakfast was good but only continental.

Pillows were flat and uncomfortable. No extra pillows in the wardrobe. No mirror in the room apart from the bathroom mirror. TV worked but there were no TV channels. These were small things but for a 4-star hotel, a little surprising. The pools were in general very good but, one of the three water jets in the outside pool, wasn't working. Sometimes the jets that were working, didn't, even after pressing the button or waiting. Breakfast was good but no English breakfast or close to that, just continental.
