Very clean

Well equipped, good value, nice neighbourhood

Nice location with clean apartments, and contacless check in and out.

There is no AC in the rooms. Traveling on summer can be a little difficult to whitstand as the apartments get very warm and are difficult to ventilate.

Everything was alright. Communicative staff, clean place, good location for going in the center of the city. I would stay again.

The staff did not speak English.

The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans.the view from the balcony was beautiful.

A. Too many doors to open before getting to the assigned room. B. Locks were too tight. Worked in counterintuitive ways. It took me 24 h to figure out that locking my room's door involves counterclockwise twice. But unlocking involves pulling the door and once counter clockwise if there was room cleaning. And if no room cleaning, two counter clockwise and then one more time until unlocking. Opening the balcony door and bathroom ventilation (window) was similarly counterintuitive. Ditto for the blinds. At least to a non-German. C. Secure WiFi of the hotel didn't work with the password provided in the room. Only hotspot open wifi... disconnects every 30 min and needs to be reconnected. Which was annoying. Email about this was not answered. They could have simply answered my question about that there is no secure WiFi or that the hotel's wifi doesn't work or if I needed a different password for connecting. D. No air conditioning. I stayed during the heat wave. Thankfully, the room was cool enough at nights. I was gone during the day. But extremely humid. They can specify this in the website. But also, did not answer my question by email on this. Because there was a temperature controller in the room and it confused me for 48 h until I realized that there is no air conditioning. E. Instructions say put the key into bluebox near front door before leaving for checkout. I had to make a guess on which slot in the blue box near the front door. Pictures in the instruction pamphlet would help. F. The induction stove doesn't have a marking on the knob to find which heating level or if the stove is switched off. I was guessing and doing a trial and error for this as well. Could be dangerous if people use a low level and forget to switch off.
