Das Personal war sehr nett. Mein Zimmer Top und das Frühstück sehr, sehr reichhaltig. Da war für jeden was dabei.

Very close to the Motorway 3, the balcony.
Mr Herald was very kind and helpfull. He gave me a tip about the way to walk with my dog, to the town center, by the river.
I came back by train, line 5, stop in opposite the hotel.
This morning, surprise: Herald cleaned my car glasses from the snow, a really kind gentleman! Thank you

1. I booked over booking.com last minute and the hotel sent after a while a mail with check-in instructions as I would arrive late in the evening. I did not see this mail anymore. Which should not have been a problem as there is an automated check in machine... which confirmed my room but then did not dispense a key.
When I called the emergency number, I was received with a rudeness like never before: After I explained that the machine did not dispense a key but did allocate a room, the guy literally said "We have sent you an email. You book online but then you clearly can't be bothered reading the email we send. This is why you now have a problem!" ... Wow...
2. Carparking. Small, complicated and used also clearly by a local company to park its vans.
