The air conditioner did not work properly, it was too much warm in the room. Room needs to be refreshed and renovated. It looks like from previous century . Not so big choice for breakfast for vegan people.

Spacious rooms. Quiet location. If it offers a good price you may consider staying here.

We're family of 5 and we booked 2 standard rooms for 3 nights. Although the hotel rules say that you get free parking only for executive room, I was hoping to find understanding and rationality at reception desk, but no luck. The guys told me that even if I'd have booked all standard rooms in the hotel I wouldn't get a free parking spot. I am sure that a chat with an AI model would have been more productive than the 5 minutes spent with thee guys. Tip: parking on the street, 50 meters away from the hotel, is free. Right in front of the hotel is forbidden (guess why) :) The food (breakfast and dinner) is cafeteria level: plenty and low quality. All facilities are 30+ years old and they show their age. The cleaning services are doing their job, but can't fight aging. Nor bugs. Wellness: out of 4 saunas, only 1 is working. Jacuzzi is bathroom size and the water in the pool is cold (at least for our taste) It's a hotel for massive groups and travel agencies. All in all, the name of the hotel is totally misleading you. They should rename it to LOW HOTEL PRAHA

The hotel had all the amenities you would expect from a congress center. It was suitably located and the breakfast was good.

Most listed services were unavailable. Partially unfriendly staff Breakfast buffet was very dissapointing, not much variety and quite poor quality.

The location is excellent. The pool is in good condition.

The staff at the reception work in sports clothes. It's unprofessional. We waited too long to check in. The carpets in the rooms and corridors should have been replaced or removed a long time ago. This hotel used to be TOP, now it looks neglected. As a family, we got two separate rooms. One for 2 and one for 4. Unacceptable. Despite the request to change something, we did not find understanding.
