The location was good and the bed was very comfortable.
It was written on Booking.com that NH hotel was going to charge us in US dollars. However, we were told in the hotel that it was only possible to pay in Argentinian pesos. This increased the price by around 20% taking into account the official exchange rate.

Great fulfilling breakfast. Excellent Location- It's near to everything and the Room was comfortable.
Kudos to Luciano (Lucho) Thierry and his wonderful reception staff. They always had a listening ear. Luciano (Lucho) is a very warm, congenial, and caring person. Every Hotel needs a Lucho!

La habitación era muy amplia, la ubicación era excelente para llagar a todos los puntos de interés y el desayuno era mu completo y variado

Desde el momento en que llegamos la recepción fue superamable y nos dieron una suite preciosa. Aunque solo estuvimos una noche, la experiencia fue fantástica. La habitación estaba súper limpia y cómoda, ideal para relajarse después de un día ajetreado.
La ubicación del hotel es excelente, justo en el centro de la ciudad, lo que nos facilitó mucho movernos y explorar la zona. El desayuno fue una maravilla. Tenía de todo, y las medialunas estaban entre las mejores que he probado. ¡No podíamos creer lo ricas que estaban! Todo el personal fue muy atento y nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos.
En resumen, aunque solo fue una noche, fue una experiencia para repetir. Si buscan un lugar cómodo, bien ubicado y con excelente atención, es una opción top. ¡Lo recomendamos sin dudarlo!

Very central ,ease of transportation pick up , reasonable sized lobby & cafe for business discussion , very close to amenities just one street across the famous Florida Shopping street and local food outlets. Lobby is always on guard by hospitable gentlemen /porter . Continental breakfast with ample choice of pastries . Front desk staff were friendly - English speaking
Room should be provided with hot water kettle , box tissues and at least 2 bottles of drinking water per day of stay instead of chargeable upon consumption of first complimentary 500ml bottle . Was given a room with 2 single beds instead if one large bed

La ubicación
Demasiado pequeñas las habitaciones. Las instalaciones son antiguas y se nota. Una lámpara del restaurante explotó sobre la mesa donde desayunábamos.. Solicitamos habitaciones intercomunicadas y para la fecha del viaje el piso 3 que es donde están estas habitaciones estaba en mantenimiento. Nos ubicaron en habitaciones cercanas pero fue bastante incómodo.

The location of the Hotel is amazing. We are about 20 minutes walking for all the touristic places.
The breakfast, is not so good. The A/C of the room wasn’t working properly, and the room needs to be renewed in some points.

Location is great, half block from Galerias Pacifico e Calle Florida where you can arrange tours, exchange money, buy souvenirs... Breakfast was excelent, clean comfy bedroom. Everything was very pleasant! Breakfast is served from 7 to 12AM.
I read comments about the lifts not working and small breakfast area, but I had no issues at all. Both are small indeed, but nothing that would be a problem at all.

Security outside...we watched a woman being robed directly aside the front door...a thieve catched her bag...Well...it is a city problem..but...what are the security personal standing in front of the hotel entrance!?

Nice location. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Catalinas station by walk.
The view from the upper floors was very lovely. The window faces west, so the sun shines through the window in the afternoon.
Breakfast was also good.
Maybe a long waiting time for the elevator.

Air conditioning was not working and room was extremely hot - it was very hard to sleep. I would not recommend this hotel during the summer months as the room we had felt like a sauna

The NH Buenos Aires Florida is nicely located on a quiet street between the cruise port and downtown. Check-in was easy and quick and the staff arranged our morning airport transfer at check-in. We were surprised at the large size of the room. The bed was semi-firm as we prefer. Everything was clean. The breakfast was varied and ample. Overall, we thought the hotel was fairly priced. We would stay again without reservation.

Excellent location. Next to shopping street Florida, but still nice and quit. Walking distance from Plaza de Mayor, Av. 9 de Julio, and also Retiro trainstation, and Burquebus ferry terminal. So you can easily go to Tigre by train or Colonia, Uruguay, by ferry. Our room 715 was big enough, nice beds, nice bathroom. Liked it that the sink is seperated from the bathroom, handy in case it's occupied. Staff is really great and helpful. As we had a late flight home, we liked to check out a bit later. That was not a problem at all. We had lots of fun with Huilen, as her name means "crying" in Dutch.... Thanks for the cookies at ckeckin, they were delicious.
Nothing, will stay here again when in BA!

First of all the staff, especially Diego!! he was super helpful, energetic, kind, and very hospitable.. the world needs more people like him who make guests feel like royalty! Thank you Diego.. The hotel has also upgraded our room to a suite because of our honeymoon, checked us in earlier, gave us complimentary breakfast on the first day (although it is not included). besides the staff.. location is great, breakfast is good, rooms are clean. Overall service was very good, from all of the staff.
