We didn't have to pay for the parking at the end,but honestly, I would have preferred more to pay 10 euros and have more comfort.

The rooms were very loud. I could clearly hear the couple next to us just taking to each other on a normal volume. The pictures are old,probably from the beginning of the hotel. The rooms were relatively clean, except the spider web hanging from the ceiling. The furniture was a bit broken but still relatively functional. By the look of it and for its comfort, I would rather reevaluate the price per night. For one night, as a pit stop on our way was ok, but for it's price I would have expected something a bit more maintenance and comfort.

The friendliness and very helpful with everything. We ate at the hotel and the food was very good and good value for money.

The weather as we experienced rain all the days, except for the day we arrived.

The initial impression of the area outside the hotel was it was in a run down area of Como. Had to leave window open as air conditioning wasn’t working Shower bracket was broken

Very warm welcome. Spacious, clean, comfortable room, with a balcony. Good continental breakfast, including fresh fruit. Friendly helpful staff. Located close to centre and railway station, but outside the tourist area. Good, local restaurants nearby.

Staff very friendly and place was very clean. Walk to the town is a straight road abiut 10 minutes. Road also has restaurants and grocery stores just in case. Would absolutely stay again

although it was only 10 min walk to city walls & another 10 to the lake it was a little far in the heat to walk back from daily activities

The staff went above and beyond to provide a full 5-star concierge experience. They held our bags at checkout, offered to bring them to the train station, and generally spoke with my friend and I with extreme patience and kindness. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Como on a budget!

The bathroom in the room could have been slightly roomier, and one of the three beds had a damaged frame, otherwise, no complaints.

My original booking got cancelled as the host could not accommodate us. This was a replacement found for us by booking.com. I was a bit nervous as the place was further away from the lake and we had to away from the old city to get here. But wow, the friendliest receptionist I could ever imagine. She went out of her way to offer us our own personal bikes to use. We were greeted with a large room with very comfy beds and everything spic and span. The dining room for breakfast was huge and had this old Italian stone vibe. Plus there are a couple of guitars that I could just play/practice on. This place made my day.

I did not like interacting with booking.com customer service. They still don't know how to write emails. There are a couple of comments about this being in a shady neighborhood. It's not really shady, there are a couple of halal meat shops around the corner. If you have a problem with Muslims, that's on you. ^_^

The staff (person in reception and serving breakfast) was very very nice and helpful.

The very bad smell coming from the toilet. Really disgusting. I spoke to the lady at reception but smell persisted. Rooms need major revamp. The very bad smell in lift and reception area
