The restaurant was pretty and the staff were friendly. Nice and dog friendly.

Building works meant it was quite noisy and for this price, should just be some more comforts provided in the room.

Good location, clean

Extremely small room, not good value for the money . Bathroom in bad shape. We had a bad experience with their Restaurant Antica Darsena - disrespectful and offensive manner of treating guests by the Restaurant manager himself. For a house of their caliber not good. Will stay away.

Beautiful hotel in front of the lake, amazing decoration making you travel through time, yet modern and spotless rooms, very comfortable beds, amazing breakfast (breakafast room is beautifully lit and decorated, outstandingly cosy atmosphere like I've never experienced before, very attentive service), close to everything, highly recommended, you will not regret!

Our upgraded room had the shower in the bedroom, and a frosted glass wall to the toilet... didnt like either at all. Loved the hotel but I would ask not to have those 'features'

Really great location overlooking the town square and lake, right next to the ferry terminal! Super convenient if you don’t have a car, like me. The beds were really comfortable and the staff was very nice!

Not a great view of the lake from the lake view rooms, I’d advise not paying for that upgrade! The rooms are a bit outdated but functional, clean, and comfortable!

we booked a lake view room - when offered 205 which had a view over the carpark and slight lake view from corner of window I went to reception to be met by a frosty receptionist who said no it’s a partial lake view room not full only classic rooms have full lake view but we booked a deluxe room with lake view so was confused and she wouldn’t agree

Location and View was great it was selected to be close to the lake and in the next day we take a boat around Como Lake it was amazing no need for any Transportation it's all you need walke away
