Great position and outlook

Great location, room had a nice balcony.

Agree the carparking is a bit of a walk from the hotel, but is OK and the hotel gave good instructions.

Loved the staff, so friendly and accommodating! We unfortunately couldn't stay longer than one night but the little that we stayed was fantastic. Breakfast was good, and location is fantastic. The room had air conditioning and a very clean shower/bathroom.

The sea view from my balcony was absolutely beautiful and location of the hotel was excellent. The rooftop pool area had a lovely view and I enjoyed lunch up there one day.

Would have enjoyed a kettle to make tea in my room although I was able to take my own mug downstairs and the lovely barman would give me boiling water any time I asked.

The location was great, it was close to everything. The hotel pool was amazing with great views! The veranda off our room was so nice too with great views. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The rooms were a bit small.

the location is nice, great view.

The bathroom was not in good condition. The shower was missing a door and all the water splashed out. The water came out all the way to the actual room. The shower itself was broken.

The staff is amazing! Very helpful In every way. The location was absolutely perfect! Location, location, location!!! The view from our huge balcony was stunning!

The room was plain and basic. Very clean but just had 3 twin beds lined up in a row. Beds were very firm and uncomfortable. Like a pull out. A little loud during the day with all the traffic.

the property did not have parking we need to go 200 meters to park the car at the car par but it was really hard to park very narrow

Location. Lovely clean room with Balcony. lots of little touches. great view of harbour. easy walk from station. ferry or bus to Portofino very close.

Breakfast was extra at 20 € each. seemed a bit expensive Price paid for room should have included breakfast which would have improved value for money.

Then staff are very welcoming and made the first time visit to the area amazing. Very helpful and location and views from the room and pool desk area are perfect. Will be my go to place to stay when back in the area this summer

We were under the impression breakfast was included but we opted out when they presented us with an additional per person per day charge. Balcony off of our bedroom had beautiful view of the harbor. We were disappointed that in such beautiful weather the pool was closed. Front desk clerk was helpful with providing us directions to the train.

Parking our car in the secure lot was 28 euro a day, and a bit of a challenge to fit your car into the locked box. The hotel seemed quiet, staff was responsive when spoken to. Not sure how this hotel qualifies for four star, maybe this is their slow season. The place should at least offer tea or coffee in the morning.

Room was clean and large with a beautiful view of the harbor and a large terrace. Close to restaurants and attractions.

Noise from the street and constantly smoking neighbors. Hair dryer burning hands. Everything are so old and not frech.
