Relatively easy to access and cute, but very dated, flat in the centre of Florence.

As the office is far from the flat, we had to go back and forth a lot with luggage - not easy or practical for a short stay. Compared to the pictures, the flat is very dated and the roof windows are super dirty which does not give a nice impression. The toilet or bidet was smelling horribly, and did not go away when running water through it.

The property was a good location for restaurants, however very loud throughout the night especially for those with young ones.

The property did not provide blankets, considering I went in March and it is still very cold it was quite unbearable to sleep whilst cold. The heating did not work whatsoever.

The appartment is really nice and comfortable. It is located just a few steps from Duomo. It is very spacious and well split (2 big bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and a sofa in the living room). The kitchen is well equipped and you have there everything you need. Since I saw some comments about the stairs in the flat, I want to mention that the building is really clean and well lit. The entrance to the flat is secured, you have a lift and then you have to go down about 10 stairs to the apartment. But this only after you collect the keys from the apartment's door.

The only problem we encountered was with the heating, especially when outside were 8-9 degrees. The central heating was set at 21, but the thermostat is located on the hallway (thus, the heating will start when in the hallway are below 21, not in the other rooms). As such, during the night in the last two bedrooms of the apartment it was very cold and the heating did not start. We tried to communicate with the owner and after numerous discussions only one radiator was given to us although we would need additional heating in two rooms. This is a major inconvinent for an accommodation. I am totally aware of the regulations, but a solution has to be found in order to ensure a correct temperature around 21 degrees in the las two rooms. I don't want to know how it will feel in the winter...

Great location. The bedrooms and kitchen were very beautiful and comfortable with all facilities. It was very quiet outside. The method of taking keys. The idea of having a bathtub in the one of the bedrooms(it may be a little not comfortable for those who can't take shower in the second one)

The location was exceptional. The apartment was so spacious - when we arrived, it was being cleaned and I literally thought it was two or three apartments being cleaned with the doors open between each apartment! It was that spacious! Everything was great. The full kitchen was fantastic. The location could not be beat - able to walk easily to everything.

The check in process was horrible. It needed to be done via the internet. The internet was always down OR the app for this apartment was not working. I must have tried for 5 or 6 days prior to arriving to check-in. It never worked. I finally found a phone number and called. The gentleman told me what to do and....again, I tried repeatedly to 2 days until my frustration was extremely high as I now found myself on the day of "check in" not to be checked in". Come to find out, there was a Whatts App malfunction all day in Europe that day. It took me several phone calls to the manager of this property (getting to the train station...arriving in Florence....etc) for the manager to finally say "OK. I will meet you at the front door of the apartment. Lots of frustration for days that was not necessary. The stairs are steep. We counted 49 to get into our apartment. The write-up states that there is a lift. There is, however, you need to first walk up a flight of about 18 stairs with your luggage to get the lift. The lift takes you to about 18 stairs ABOVE your apartment - so you need to carry your luggage down the stairs...to climb 4 steep stairs to get into the apartment. We managed fine, but this would not be someone who cannot carry luggage like this OR who has trouble climbing stairs.

It was very, very difficult to access the property. Codes were not sent and keys did not work. After two hours and calls to booking .com a man finally came and let us in. The apartment smelled like a sewer all the time. The shower head was broken , table like shelf in kitchen was broken.

location is wonderful! we spent an unforgettable times in Florence. We reached everywhere by foot. bathrooms are very clean. rooms are big enough and everything we needed was there.

the drains can be a little smelly, an a little maintenance is needed, the shower head an hose in main bathroom needs to be replaced as it’s worn out, an some of the auto mastic sink plugs don’t work

Right in the heart of Florence and so close to the Duomo. Spacious apartment with great spaces. Having 2 showers and 3 bathrooms was excellent for our family. The beds were fine, and the air conditioning was excellent as Florence was in the midst of heatwave during our stay.

No washer/dryer and limited function in the kitchen. No coffee maker. Smell of sewage in the downstairs bath which I let the owners know about, but they never responded. It was not terrible, but it was noticeable.

Apartment is lovely, modern and clean. The location is superb, literally a minutes walk from the Duomo and 5 mins to Palazzo Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery, couldn’t have picked a better location.

HARD to find... due to the house numbers... the addrese is200m away from the google maps address. Our room was on the last floor and the elevator only works with the key, which means I had to go up 4 floors, pick the key and than come down... a bit complicated but ok
