Il “nostro” appartamento era davvero molto spazioso, dotato dei principali confort. Il responsabile e il suo collaboratore sono stati molto cortesi e disponibili, dandoci ogni indicazione necessaria sia per raggiungere la struttura, sia sull’appartamento stesso, che su qualche buon posto dove pranzare e cenare. Ottima la posizione, appena fuori dalla zona ZTL, ci ha permesso di raggiungere a piedi ogni zona di Firenze.

Está muy bien ubicado. Es amplio , luminoso, limpio. Las camas son cómodas. Heladera con frezzer. Cuando tuvimos alguna dificultad fuimos muy bien atendidos por Alex

La falta de elementos de cortesía,que ayudan a la estadía y que no insumen gasto importante como ser : algún saquito para infusiones, cápsulas de café, paño y esponja de cocina nuevos, detergente, rollo de cocina . En fin , detalles, lo importante funcionó bien

Location of the property to the centre of Florence. The cafes and restaurants in and around the property were really fantastic!

The lighting in the property and particular under the units in the kitchen. Lamps near or around the living room to enhance the ambiance of the property 👍

Breakfast was not included. However, our location was very good so we had an option of eating at one of the nearby café or restaurant which worked out for us just fine. Location was definitely ideal because food was easily accessible. And if we wanted to pick up snacks, there were grocery stores nearby! Also, it should be noted, that we felt very safe wherever we went. Plus, the security to get into our facility was "next level", the property was very well maintained and the courtyard was simply fabulous with all the plants. It felt and looked like an "oasis!"

The air conditioner in the kitchen/living room area could have been a little cooler. It seemed to be set at a certain temperature and never reached our ideal temperature. However, in order to offset this issue, we opened the balcony doors in the morning and was able to cool down the place immediately. Otherwise, everything was just perfect for our needs.

could have been better equipped for instance no kitchen towels, no salt, no sugar … this is minimal basic stuff that could be provide at no effort and very little cost one of the room had a mold patch on the wall which should really not happen
