The front desk and service staff are very welcoming and friendly. The room pillows and comforter are comfortable to sleep on. The pool is clean and comfortable. The fruit for breakfast is very tasty and fresh.

Lots of flies and mosquitoes flying around when eating in the restaurant. The air conditioning blows directly on the bed and is not very comfortable. In the morning i hear the sound of the staffer cleaning up in the next door room.

The location and setting were nice. Nice view from the terrace. Free parking.

Rooms (we had two) both smelled awful. Like mold. Outdated furniture. Very small rooms. TVs were super small and had only a handful of working channels. Beds were very uncomfortable. Two single beds pushed together.

Breakfast was good and the place was the quietest you can possibly imagine. The walkway and the gardens were very well kept and were so nice to see and to walk.

It was great! The staff were very welcoming and the hotel was very clean. The pool was lovely as well 😊 we went in September so the peak season had already passed but we enjoyed the quieter setting nonetheless :)

Extremely clean facility. Nice staff. All gardens and outside area cured and clean. Older hotel but maintained and in order.nice shower and hair shampoo. Changing of towels and cleaning in order. Would recommend

I have never slept on a bed so uncomfortable. My back still hurts from sleeping on that bed. We even asked the staff to add some stuff to make it more ok. They inserted some more drapes but still, the most uncomfortable bed ever. Also : a LOT of bees. Everytime you sit on the balcony to eat or enjoy the sun a colony of bees come to bug you.

Dated furniture, some parts of the property can benefit from renovation. Some strange rules - no wine glasses in the room (in a 4 star hotel!?) even if you ask from the bar, they ask for booking.com reservation # and PIN (first time somebody asked us about it, this should be for the guest, not the hotel)

it is very-very old. it is not upgraded to meet current basic tourist expectations (example: just ONE electricity plug in the room. it’s impossible to charge phones, Apple Watch, computer and other devices that are normalized nowadays). pillows are the worst I have ever seen! etc

the room wasnt ready Ac remote and telephone were not working took them forever to fix it. upon checkout had to carry all the luggage myself since no one picked them even after asking the reception twice.
