beautiful and well maintain property next to the best beaches in the island. The highlights are the Bar, the kindness of the staff, and the location. It is a short distance from the beach and a lake full of Flamingos. The staff go out of their way to accommodate your requests (horse ridding at a moment notice, birthdays).

Room was great. Staff very helpful. Food good but limited menu which did not change except for theme nights

Beautiful hotel near the beach, with well maintained grounds and earthy, luxurious rooms.

There are unfortunately no gym facilities which we would've expected given the quality of the rest of the amenities.

Amazing breakfast. Lunch time was hit and miss. Limited menu and not enough staff. Evening restaurant was very good.

Smell of drains on terrace unable to sit outside or have the door open. Not enough readily available information on local tourist places for restaurants or beach or excursions.

Breakfast choices were excellent. Beach and lidos very close walk and you pass a fresh water lagoon with wild flamingos. Beach and water beautiful - very relaxing. On Friday evening the hotel restaurant featured a traditional Sardinian dinner - what a treat. It was excellent and very fun to try all of the various foods.

The location is remote. Need a car if you want to see more of the area.

Perfect for a quite holiday. The only thing that was a disappointment is the lunch/ snack meny, when youre hungry mid-day you cant get a decent lunch at this hotel. Bad salads etc this was really disappointment because theres not a lot of restaurants nearby so i really dont get why they cant serve good food in the middle of the day, not everyone wanna wait until 19.30 when the restaurant opens. A lot of the staff is not great in english. Besides this it was great. But big MINUS not beeing able to have som decent food in the middle of the day.

This hotel is so beautiful and in a fantastic location. It is serene and peaceful, perfect for a truly relaxing holiday. Everywhere is pristine and the staff are charming.

if you’re not a lover of fish the evening menu is a little limited.

Stunning boutique hotel with only 41 rooms and a gorgeous pool. Great location and incredibly friendly staff!

The only thing you could improve are gluten free half board dinners especially desserts. During one week stay I felt like my only dessert options were sorbets as everything else contained gluten.

Jaw dropping location with direct access to Spiaggia su Giudeu, which must be one of the nicest beaches in Sardinia. Flamingoes in the lagoon behind the hotel. The comfiest beds we slept in during our Italian vacation. Minibar in rooms with prices comparable to the bar on site (actually slightly cheaper I think) which is fair because the location is a little isolated so you don't have the option of popping over to a nearby supermarket. Hotel restaurant is excellent and fairly priced given the quality of the food The pool is large enough and deep enough to swim in, which makes a nice change from the usual, uniformly shallow hotel pool. Excellent cocktails available at the bar Accessible via public transportation from Cagliari, via a bus to Baia Chia and a ~15 min walk on a road with a footpath.

TVs in room a little small, but we didn't go to Chia to watch TV, so this is a very minor thing.
