The hotel is clean, the personal is very helpful and friendly, the hotel is 10min from the center by car, 20 min by bus which is fair as we wer looking for calm.

Catering staff / servers were brilliant. The ladies who served breakfast were so attentive and friendly.

It is situated in a quiet area, very close to the bus station, which will facilitate your travel to the beach, to the city square and the old town. The staff and everyone was really friendly and nice to us. The breakfast was also very good. The room also comes with a spacious balcony.

The single beds are not that comfy but you get used to them.

I really appreciate the reception, cleaning, and food service! Very nice and helpful stuff! Especially huge love to the ladies from the breakfast service for including my vegan diet!

The fact that pool was closed and gym is not available for use (with personal trainer only)

Helpful staff. Rooms ready early. Big rooms. Correct number of beds. Good aircon. Breakfast included. Checkout at 11am.

Car park was full, but parking on the road wasn't a problem.

Front desk staff were fine, but could be a little more friendly. Room was clean but some updating needs to be done, like painting balcony rail, which was rusty and unsightly, maintaining shower tap etc. There were ants like insects were found on the floor, which was off-putting a little. Even more was concerned about these insects being transported back home. While repacking each and every items had to be thoroughly checked to ensure no insects were in our bags. Breakfast was good with many choices, made it even more enjoyable with the friendliness of the staff. Maria was marvelous, Susy was supper, Flaviana was fabulous...and all others were brilliant. Fairy convenient location to travel to Cagliari city center by bus, about 15 mins. bus ride.

...see above comments. Also, there was no kettle or even any microwave to make a cup of coffee. No coffee making facility which should have been provided as standard. Bath tap/shower combination was not working properly. Shower cubicle was too dark.

Hotel in a very good location, excellent bus connections to the center and the beach. The rooms are very clean, friendly service and a fresh breakfast.

The room was cleaned every day and the hotel itself was kept very clean,the staff were all very polite and helpful

The pool,tennis courts and gym are not part of the hotel so you have to pay/book separately!!

The aircondition isn't good at all, 25-27c on the room.

This hotel is a joke - unhelpful staff who pretends they don’t speak English until a big group of guests apprears and they have to accomodate them. Receptionist offended that I ask for a hot water in the evening. Finally - AC only worked after we deliberatly went to the reception and asked to turn it on. Otherwise we had 28 degrees in the room and after the entire night of AC on it was 24 degrees
