Everything, especially the service. Stefano, the manager, was the most welcoming and kind host.

The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful.
We booked a room with a view, sadly a huge super yacht was parked right infant of the hotel and could have been closer to the park. This blocked our view across the water and also looked directly into our room leaving us little privacy. The hotel has no control over this however it's disappointing, as we would like to have left our curtains open in the in morning and enjoy the view. this was the reason we booked this hotel and room and paid more.

View from the room was out of this world, stunning and made even better as the hotel provided a monocular so you could zoom in on key sights like the top of the basilica and the Doge palace. The beds were amazingly comfortable with wonderful pillows and the linen was of a very high quality. The room was incredibly thoughtful with wonderful storage, and the bathroom was lovely with an incredible shower. There was plenty of hot water and heating. The breakfast was 10/10, great coffee made fresh for you and a wonderful buffet, my partner does not have dairy and we appreciated the non dairy options available the selection was second to none, all fresh, sweet and savory, meats, cheeses, eggs (they could also cook you eggs) fruits and juices. The breakfast room was fantastic and we felt treated every morning. Last but certainly not least the staff were WONDERFUL, they could not help you enough, in particular Tony on the front desk was incredible.
I liked everything, I genuinely cannot think of a bad thing to say, this is one of the best hotels I have EVER stayed in.

Location. Close enough to San Marco but distant enough to avoid the mad crowds and noise. Beautiful scenery of the waters. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower was powerful. The breakfast was ample and sufficient choices.
The heating is controlled by the reception- maybe that’s because I stayed during winter ? I was unable to control it myself inside the room. Calling the reception took some time for pickup.

The location is perfect! Just a few minutes walk to Piazza San Marco and the crowds. The view is spectacular and also the terrace just outside the hotel where you can have a coffee or a drink viewing people walk by. There were no big boats, street vendors or big groups outside the hotel which was a relief. There was also a little bit of a breeze since it’s so open that felt very nice. Very quiet at night.

Small but comfortable room designed in the style of a cruise ship cabin. Excellent A/C, friendly staff, good service & inclusive breakfast.

The location was great as so easy to walk to the busier areas but quiet at hotel. Breakfast was comprehensive and delicious.

Quite nice hotel for the money. Breakfast was good and the location was nice and quiet. The manager, Stefano, who handled our check out was nice and very helpful getting us to the train station with the ferry drivers on strike.
The check in process was a little bit awkward. While it was a nice touch to have a bellhop accompany us with our luggage to the room and show us around, it was frankly unnecessary for a pretty normal hotel. Also, the location is quite far from a lot of the main attractions - which was a perk for us, but something to note if that's what you're looking for.

What a lovely little hotel just out of all the hustle and bustle of Venice. The staff and location and attention to detail was wonderful. The breakfast was great, coffee amazing. We enjoyed sitting on the outside patio facing the water and enjoying our breakfast or a cocktail at the end of the day. We appreciated being able to retreat to our air conditioned room after long, hot days of exploring the city. The entire staff was so warm and welcoming and very helpful. Would 100% stay here again!

Location was amazing and perfect for us, less than 10 mins to San Marco and access to Rialto bridge was a nice walk. Opposite the views were amazing. Beautiful views couldn't have asked for more.
Options for gluten free on the first day were limited despite informing them several times before for options. 2nd day made a little more effort and we were remembered by Murad who had exceptional service. He spoke very well and was extremely attentive. An absolute gem.
Suggestions if your gluten and dairy free think about asking about breakfast at time of check in. Other than that...had tremendous service.

Exceptional, peaceful location within a 5 minute stroll to the heart of Venice. The room was overlooking the Lagoon and main promenade. Everything was as shown on their website and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Comvined with an extensive buffet breakfast we could not have hoped for a better place to stay for 5 nights.
Seriously, we can not think of anything that we did not like about the Bucintoro.

This hotel is located nearby P.za San Marco. It takes about 10 min. Staffs are so kind, the bath is very clean and amenities are high quality. There are many good restaurants around the hotel.
Nothing in paticular.

Gorgeous little hotel. The staff were exceptional. We had chosen the smallest type of room as we knew we would be out all day every day but it was perfectly spacious enough for our stay, as was the bathroom. The view from our window was amazing. Breakfast was buffet style and very good.
The shower curtain. Although clean it blew into the shower. It would be much better to have a glass shower door.

We had a wonderful view from our room towards The Doges Palace + St. Mark's campanile one way and S.Giorgio Maggiore the other way. Friendly, helpful staff who were always ready with a smile and a greeting. Excellent self-service breakfast with good range of items from which to choose. Warm room, hospitality tray replenished daily, fresh towels + linen daily, bath + shower with gallons of hot water and my wife was particularly pleased with the fabulous Roberto Cavalli toiletries.

The view from our bedroom window was amazing. We were room 201. I think it was better than the Danielli or other 5 star hotels that look across the canal we looked up it ( I have added some photos from the view from our window) . It was very centrally located short walk to Saint Marcs. There is also a Vaperino stop just outside the hotel (Arsninale) which is on the main number 1 line. this also takes you to Saint Marcs or up to the Rialto as well as a number of other stops along the way. The room was amazing small but beautiful with wood panelling. The bed comfortable, especially the pillows, the shower great and the service and breakfast were also excellent I honestly don't think there is a better hotel to stay at than this one. My only hesitation in writing a good review is that other people will book this hotel and when I want to go again all the rooms will be taken ! It is quite a small boutique hotel so I imagine rooms would book out quickly.
I cant think of a single thing I didn't like It was a magical hotel.

The room was absolutely gorgeous (deep dark wood, nautical theme) and the view/location was tremendous (looking out on the lagoon and the skyline of Venice with St. Mark's Cathedral and more spectacularly displayed, with just a short walk to virtually anything you want to see in Venice). The staff was professional and extremely helpful about restaurant and recreation options. We could not have had a better stay.
Nothing.
