La ubicación

El trato de la persona que nos recibió (Ximena o Jessica o Claudia nunca nos quiso dar su verdadero nombre) fue grosero, irrespetuoso, agresivo, y llamó a la gerente de procedencia Gallega y Francesa y su trato fue igual de grosero. Las dos le faltaron al respeto a mi madre de 92 años de edad. Nunca recomendaría este hotel por el maltrato. Nos hubiéramos ido desde el primer día, pero ya estaba pagado y como la política es que no regresan el dinero nos tuvimos que quedar. El mismo trato de las mismas personas recibió un familiar que quería mandarnos un obsequio para nuestra llegada y la trató de igual forma. Irrespetuosa, grosera y agresiva. Es una pena que tengan este tipo de personal al frente. Su imagen queda por los suelos.

The rooms were nicely air conditioned and faced beautiful old buildings. Close to a lot of restaurants and patios, but just far enough away from the business of La Rambla. We really enjoyed using the roof top pool everyday. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

One staff member was rude and unwilling to help me find a nice place to get a coffee. He seemed impatient and unfriendly throughout the whole trip. I was not pleased to see him training a new employee, hopefully the trainee learns from all of the really friendly other employees!

Honestly everything was perfect.

The hotel has an excellent location at walking distance from many atractions, shopping, entertainment.

The hotel has an acoustic problem. You can hear the lobby and restaurant noises from the interior room. The ac was not working properly, the room tv has not signal. Some of the lobby staff are rude, they shut up for just talking normally on the lobby and restaurant area due to the acoustic problem causing the sound to magnify. That cause some argumentative between our party and front staff. The hotel must be considered like a silence monastery in the middle of the party of Las Ramblas.

Great location. Great bars and restaurants close by.
