The beds could have been more comfortable. Also, it wasn’t easy to find! I drove in circles for ages until a local person gave us directions. It was great to have a pool, but it is very small considering the size of the hotel, so it can get very busy with just a few people.

The young lady at reception was very helpful and coukd speak English.

Central location, comfortable air conditioned large room, with memory foam mattress. Quiet location. Friendly and helpful staff.

The staff met my requests and were very friendly on arrival. The room was excellent and we especially enjoyed the jacuzzi bathtub.

Nothing! Driving away from the hotel was a little difficult , unfortunately the sat nav doesn't cater for one way systems!

Nice old hotel in the middle of everything. Underground parking, extra $, was nice to have. Room was small, only a TV. Breakfast was really good, and the staff do a great job.

Excellent location. Right in the centre of town so walking everywhere was easy.

The hotel was hard to find along narrow roads which can be busy in the centre of the town. It would be good if there was a sign just at the small turning you need to go round.

The hotel is okay, the stuff are nice and location is the best I just had a bad experience with the parking as my car got stuck in the elevator. The lady in the reception did her best to resolve the issue and call the technician who came quite fast. I wouldn’t expect something like this to happen especially because it has extra cost.

Pricing of room changed in the process of looking and booking, for the same room. I don't know if this is the hotel or booking.com, but we did not like it at all!
