El edificio está estupendamente restaurado y es un lujo estar en un antiguo palacio del siglo XVI. Las habitaciones son estupendas, muy grandes y realmente con encanto. El desayuno muy completo y el personal muy atento.

El domingo a las 8:00 AM me desperté por un ruido tremendo que al parecer provenía de una obra en el edificio contiguo que hacía medianera con la habitación. No hubo manera de descansar a partir de esa hora

Très belle rénovation d un palais renaissance ( avec qlq subventions de l EU…) Très grande chambre avec une excellente et grande literie mais implantation chaotique et mal pratique : baignoire et lavabos à côté du lit , porte des toilettes en verre et non isolante , petit bureau encombré et non utilisable Excellent emplacement pour visiter Ubeda à pied et parking dans l hôtel ( 24€ / jour)

La propreté de la chambre et des espaces communs pourrait être améliorée par rapport au standard de l établissement Pas de buffet pour le petit déjeuner ( période hivernale ?) Eclairage faible le soir dans la chambre

La ubicación es excelente.

La climatizacion de la habitación, bajo cubierta, era muy deficiente. Hacía un calor extremo que llegaba a ser agobiante. No tenía solución puesto que, según el personal, la calefacción era centralizada. Una pena puesto que, pese a ser muy bonita la habitación, dicho calor ha hecho que estuviésemos deseando volver a casa y descansar. No es agradable tener que dormir en enero con las ventanas abiertas para intentar bajar la temperatura. No volveríamos al hotel, en muchos detalles no se logra entender dónde están las 5 estrellas y el gran lujo.

Han hecho una buena restauración del edificio con una decoración bonita y agradable; las habitaciones son amplias con ducha y bañera. La Ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar del pueblo.

En la habitación, la taza de café estaba pegada al plato. En las dos ocasiones que pedimos cena en la habitación subieron la comida fría. Sin pan, sin servilletas y para colmo, la segunda vez, sin cubiertos . La atención en el spa también es deficiente. Se observa descoordinación entre el personal, sobrecargados o pasotas. Pesimo servicio en un hotel de 5 estrellas.

A pesar de la amplitud de la habitación, falta comodidad y algo más de iluminación: por ejemplo, algún sillón cómodo donde descansar o ver la TV.

The welcome on arrival was amazing, Juan on reception was charming and very helpful. The hotel staff parked our car for us. We had a beautiful suite just perfect for romantic break in exquisite Ubeda.

The only let down was the service at breakfast unfortunately the waitress behaved as she didn't care at all.

I liked everything about this hotel, firstly the actual building is exceptional, an old palace (also on the sightseeing tours- you see groups being told about it outside the entrance). It's also right in the centre of the old town within the old city walls, so you can walk everywhere really easily. The rooms are huge, and clean and have amazing decoration and facilities (including a toilet that that has a control panel on the side!!!) There is a swimming pool, lounge and comfy reception area. The breakfast was really good a large range of very good food.

It would have been nice if the swimming pool had some heating, my wife managed a very quick swim but it was too cold for me and it is quite nice after a long day of walking to have a dip before going out for dinner (but this in no way reduces the score, it was amazing that it had a pool at all) The Wifi in the room was not that great but once again that doesn't affect the score as you can get great reception in the reception area that has comfy seats.

Lovely room which was excellent value for money

Mostly everything was great, although the staff in the brasserie restaurant were a little young and inexperienced, however worked hard and were clearly learning.

Friendly staff, superb location

Pool was closed, even the patio around the pool was out of bounds. Might have used the spa area with 3 pools and a massage facility but were prohibited from viewing it in advance.

Great location, helpful staff and a fun place to stay. The valet parking was excellent.

Our room was at times a triumph of style over substance. The bath for example looked fantastic, but was quite uncomfortable to sit in. But full marks to the hotel for creating rooms that bring a smile to your face.

Unfortunately the property is not as good as expected. The staff is not helpful. Our internet did not work at all, and the staff was asked to fix the problem but they simply ignored us.

great location, beautiful historic building

they gave us the room in what it seem it used to be the attic , the wifi didn’t work there , banged my head late at night when I went to the bathroom with one of the attic wooden ceiling pillars. after calling several times they finally offered to move us to another room at about 11:30 PM and by that time my husband was already sleeping so we couldn’t move . the ac didn’t work well and the room didn’t have any windows only two ceiling lights which you couldn’t see anything out. it’s supposed to be a five-star hotel but the service was more like a one star. The restaurant had a very slow service and the food was terrible

Fabulous hotel with amazing boutique rooms/suites. Staff were excellent. A great place to stay in the heart of Úbeda.
