The staff were amazing! The grounds were beautiful and the food was excellent ☺️

Location was on nicest part of island restaurant food was excellent unless you’re vegan or vegetarian. No options. You better be prepared to eat fish. Parrot fish was amazing. Staff were friendly, bed was very comfortable.

The neighbours an outfit called Captain Tamas boat cruises were extremely noisy not the fault of pacific resort in any way but their drumming and singing and boat horns and other activities which lasted for about 4 hours every day between 10am And at least 2pm was just too much, it completely broke any tranquility that might have existed. Room cleaners could have done a better job. It was adequate but I was there for 5 days and a mark on floor in front of chest of drawers for some kind of spill was never cleaned. Fabric on seating was stained. Lighting in room was too bright. Needed bedside lamps. Oh and all the movies and TV shows were downloaded from Yify. (that’s bootleg right?) 4.5 star hotel you’d think they wouldn’t have to do that.

The location was beautiful and the rooms were very clean and well maintained.

We stayed in 3 different resorts during our stay and this was by far the best of them all.

The location, the gorgeous rooms, the staff, the food, the facilities, kids club! Everything was amazing, I’ll be staying here each time I visit for sure.

Such a perfect spot for a perfect family holiday - amazing facilities, location and staff that always go above and beyond, no matter what. Our children loved kids club so much they didn’t want to even know us! Food and drinks were fantastic too

Perfect location. It was great to have comfortable sun beds, kayaks, and paddle boards. Diner was very delicious (charged separately). We only wished it had more choice. The resort gardens are well maintained and add to a great tropical experience. Laundry facilities were very convenient. Staff were very friendly and pleasant. Umbrellas available is a really cute detail.

Beds are very soft and uncomfortable (some people might appreciate this). Rooms are very tidy but not clean. The room was very noisy, even when there was no rain or wind, the roof created an anoing and loud noise. Not to mention the immediate vicinity of the road and the roosters early in the morning ( even though we found the little chicken walking around to be very cute). Some will find the breakfast to be very poor with choice, it was fine for us and you can order additional items with extra charge.

The staff were amazing! The location was incredible! We felt very spoilt the whole time as nothing was too much trouble. Very memorable!

Would have been great to have a bigger room for us as a family, also outdoor patio area wasn't a nice area to sit and relax. out the front of the unit was fine though. What really annoyed us is that our friends first were staying in Muri around the same time as us in a holiday home, and then they walked in to the Pacific resort to ask the rate as they weren't happy with their holiday home, and got a rate of $500 per night for the same room (premium family), 2 adults and 2 kids. We paid $700 a night, so that was a bit of a kick in the guts to be honest. We just feel ripped off paying an extra $200 per night.

Location and facilities were great. Most of the staff were exceptional, friendly and willing to help. The food menu and selection was ok but did not change during our stay and we chose to have most meals offsite as there are many other choices close by.

We had a garden suite and found there was very little private area for that room. Also, the room was only accessible on one side so you had to walk the long way around to get to restaurant and bar areas. One of the supervisors also didn’t appear to like it when some staff engaged and had fun with the guests which changed the tone when the supervisor was around.

Location is excellent. Staff were lovely and facilities were great.

Our upper level beachfront suite was wonderful. Great views of the lagoon with a nice terrace to relax on and enjoy the view. Nice bathroom with a large walk in shower.

Breakfast buffet could be better. Was somewhat limited and basic.

Everything was great. Recommend the chef’s special (fish dish) at Sandals restaurant - superb. Staff friendly and helpful and responded promptly when asked for assistance.

Could be more for the kids to do. Rooms expensive, even for a resort.
