Le cadre, l’emplacement et la vue magnifique. Le restaurant vraiment très bon. Personnel très accueillant et aux petits soins.
Notre séjour a eu lieu au moment de la réouverture peut être quelques détails pas encore bien mis en place (piscine extérieur sur les photos magnifique petite déception sur place elle était encore en construction)

Globalement nous avons tout apprécié.
Tout d'abord la gentillesse et la bienveillance de tout le personnel très professionnel.
Le spa sympa avec possibilité de faire des massages exceptionnels.
Le lieu bucolique. . La structure de l'hôtel fait de plusieurs petits bâtiments avec un style montagnard chic.
Pour finir le restaurant gastro que nous avons adoré par les produits autour du végétal merveilleusement préparés par le chef. Une tres belle expérience.

The interior decor of the property is lovely, very warm and cosy which you would want with a hotel in the Alps. A select members of staff were really great - the receptionist was very helpful, and Julian the driver was wonderful!
A member of staff burst into our room completely unannounced and didn't even acknowledging his error or give an apology; this is completely unacceptable in any hotel, let alone 5 star.
Other disappointments included:
- the bistro light lunch menu was not available even though it was marketed online.
- the service staff were very unprofessional and unable to communicate in English. This shouldn't be the case in a 5 star hotel and definitely let down the team.
- the sparkling water was completely flat.
- there is no temperature control in the rooms.
- the outdoor wellness area and pool was a construction site, with mud everywhere and the pool cleaner still in during the day.
- the hotel failed to respond to email correspondence via booking.com.

Beautiful setting and very well designed.
It was a little too far from the centre of Megeve so it was necessary to drive.

Beautiful views and great location near Megeve. You can have the hotel drop you into town and a lovely and easy 20 minute walk back. Rooms were nice and clean, bed were very comfortable. In the summer they set up a movie night outdoors and it was lovely.
This did not feel like a 5* stay. Some oversights from the staff that persisted. The fitness area was small and hot. Breakfast was a real let down. We arrived at 9:00-9:30 most mornings and there was barely any food left… mostly breads available. There was small basket of overripe or damaged fruits. I may have been ok with all of this if it was a 4* hotel but certainly unexpected from a 5*.

Very nice terrace woth a bonfire and a view. The restaurant is very good (even the bistrot) and the indoor spa facilities are quite good along with the outdoor Swedish bath.
The staff were very nice and caring especially the massage therapist.
The room and the common areas had neither fans nor A/C which made us feel quite hot with the summer weather even in the night.
We wished the hotel had an adult only rule as the few families with children contrasted with the relaxing, resourcing retreat atmosphere of the spa and the hotel as a whole.

Beautifully design hotel with chalets. Excellent staff. It is a little way out of Megeve but there is a shuttle service into town.
Delicious food (we only ate in the Bistrot) and that was excellent.

Beaumier Group created a magical experience for us again. Alpaga does have an excellent location for those whom are seeking privacy while being not so far away from the town.
Best part of the vacation was the staff. They were always helpful, warm and welcoming.

We absolutely loved the hotel and location, just beautiful. We’d stayed previously in the town and even though we were just a mile or so out of town, it felt like a million miles! Staff were very attentive and the food was delicious. We will definitely return ( in fact we can’t wait!) The facilities were also great (hot tub, Sauna looking over Mont Blanc, pool and bike hire)
The food was really, really good but in room dining and menus were limited.

Beautiful location, qualitive breakfast, although the coffee/cappuccino wasn't good, especially if this place also serves michelin food. The quality of the design and interior design, generous, contemporary, with lots of references to the local taste and artisinary, yet laid back. Good choice of decorative art on the walls.
I think the room would improve a lot if there wouldn't be a single light switch for both room and overhead light at the bed. It is nice to switch of the lights of the room and just maintain the light at the bed, controllable from the bed.
I also think that the Spa, sauna's and all the relaxation rooms, weren't actually designed to entertain kids. It is high season, and there were kids everywhere. Do something for kids, or advise well, it takes way from your idea of relaxation..... Then we were badly advised on the taxi from town to the hotel, but that we adressed when checking out.

Beautiful boutique hotel with a wonderful view. Rooms are very nice and comfortable, luxury amenities. We loved the restaurant La Table, dinner was amazing. Staff are very nice and helpful. Atmosphere is warm and cozy.
The hotel is not so close to the center of Megeve so prepare to use car or taxi to move around. Shuttle is available to ski lifts.

The team all around the hotel were excellent. They really go our of their way to create an experience for the guests . The restaurant is just exceptional , both the food and the service. rooms are super well designed and comfortable. Definitely one of the best hotels in Megeve.

There was not a great selection of fruit at breakfast, the home made granola had chocolate in it which I wasn't expecting and would like to have been told. Even if you are a 5 start hotel, in the time of COVID - I would still have liked the option to NOT have the sheets and towels changed each day
