The staff and service at this hotel are outstanding. They clean and tidy your room twice a day, and it's done better than any hotel I've stayed at before. Additionally, the location is perfect—not only for the view but also because the cable car to the old town is right in front of the hotel.

Die zimmereigene Terrasse mit einem bilderbuchartigen Blick auf das Meer und die Zimmergröße sind echte Pluspunkte.
Das Hotel ist gut organisiert und das Personal sehr höflich und bemüht.
Das Design ist ganz ok, nichts außergewöhnliches, aber doch recht ansprechend.
Völlig uninspiriertes Frühstück, zwar an einem beeindruckend langen Buffet präsentiert, aber insgesamt sehr unterdurchschnittliches Angebot
Der Strand ist nicht besonders gepflegt.
Unsere Zimmertür schließt nicht richtig, der Duschkopf war völlig verkalkt. All das musste man zwei Tage lang monieren, dann hat sich aber jemand darum gekümmert. Bei einem Leading Hotel of the World wäre ich davon ausgegangen, dass das gar nicht erst vorkommt bzw. dem Personal selbst auffällt.
Keine Waage im Bad, aber auf Anforderung haben wir eine erhalten.

Localisation was excellent, quite intimate place, very nice pool, spectacular view. Staff was very nice and helpful.
Restaurant food was average at best. Nothing spectacular. Nice breakfast but also not excellent. For the price I would expect much better restaurant.

Excellent location, handy to walk to cable car to reach town centre, huge choice for breakfast, modern bathrooms, having your own private beach with sun beds and umbrellas made it a magically stay.
As always with overseas hotels, the pillows are too soft and thin.

staff were very helpful and professional. We had a group of 15 people celebrating my 70th birthday. checking in and out went very smoothly with help from Flava. we were all given rooms next to each other on the 2nd floor with large balconies. Christian at bar made us welcome every time. We had dinner at the restaurant two nights and it was the best restaurant experience that we had in Taormina. Breakfast was exceptionally good and it was run very professionally and smoothly.

The location is unbeatable - so nice to walk straight out onto a beautiful beach
Our shower was really bad. We asked for maintenance to have a look at it and nothing really changed after they came. It was powerful on cold or dribbled warm, there was no hot. This should not happen in such an expensive five star hotel.

Restaurant and bar was lovely but expensive to the fact it was empty as customers went elsewhere . live music was lovely but again no one drinking in the bar . Such a shame as it then lacked atmosphere . Would be better to reduce prices a little and have more people in restaurant . Food was excellent and staff helpful and good at there jobs . They all looked immaculate too . Room rate was also very expensive would return if only a bit cheaper . Car park expensive too .

The property was beautifully located by the beach, and very close to the cable cart. It’s easy to holiday there, and a truly service minded staff. We enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

Wow! What an amazing and beautiful place. We went for our honeymoon and I will remember this place fondly. Beautiful, great staff, amazing place, I wish I was there now! Take me back!!!

Our washroom had not been renovated and was dated and well used. The mattress on the bed was way too soft

The breakfast was great. Loved the Nespresso in the room. Good location to get to the cable carts. Private beach with the sun bed and towel without needing to worry about getting a space.
Having to pay for drinking water, it's a human right. Room floors could have been vacuumed each day, we felt the sand on the floor daily. The white party could have been for all guests without needing to pay with an additional charge for dinner should they want it. We wanted to attend however there was no vegetarian option therefore we missed out on the entire evening. It was on out last night so it would have been the perfect way to end the stay.

Very professional and very nice receptionists, waiters etc. The location is excellent. Restaurant is serving great food. Breakfast is amazing. Private beach is cozy and ordering drinks and snacks goes smoothly. Wifi works well.
Some breakfast items are extra. Not bothering, but I think increasing breakfast price with 1-3 euros and then not having "extra cost" items provides a better feel and optics.

I liked the view from the room, the private beach, and the restaurant.
The food was of high quality, service in the restaurant was usually very good, but a little slow on some occasions.
Service at the desk and parking was very good.
The bathroom should be renovated. Taking a shower when standing on a very slippery bath is a safety risk, and not very comfortable.
The cable car going up to Taormina was extremely crowded in the evening, so instead of standing in an endless line we had to take a car.
Overall, the value for money is OK, but not above.
