Nothing to shout about

Not as it used to be. The available chair in the room is shaky and feels like anytime will give way. The noise from water pump i reckon is loud Breakfast spread on the upper area was cleared before 10 and was not topped up. Not practical for pple going up and down for food n drinks as the steps are a hazard.

Nothing. It was the worst hotel ive ever stayed in.

My room was infested with cockroaches, the pillows smells like pee and drool. the cleanliness was just really bad. We had to change the room and the bathtub in both rooms were super dirty and rusted. This hotel is an absolute no go and hope ppl think twice before staying here.

Easy access and parking

Booked a lounge access room that was closed, no alternative provision offered. The hotel is in need of drastic repair and is not up to the standard of a thistle hotel.

the view, food, staff and facilities was excellent.

My bathroom was stagnant. asked the cleaner to clean my bathroom, but they only use dustpan and towel. I just lost my mind 🤪 how on earth, they use dustpan to clean my bathroom instead of using floor wiper. 5 star hotel dont have floor wiper ?

Old materials. Poorly maintained. Difficult parking

The parking, the view & accessibility to the surrounding area. Pleasant welcoming staff. Friendly jokey & quiet atmosphere.
