Hotel has all the basics you need, plenty of places you need as services station.

Couldn’t open my window, did mention this to reception on my first day who said they would get maintenance to take a look. I was here 4 nights and no one sorted it. More towels should be provided.

Extra pillow provided and hair dryer

The room was not very clean. A stain on the chair and splashes of tea stains left on the wall.

Was able to check in a little early and had ground floor room

Pillows were like rocks!! Facilities were basic with only two towels, no bath mat and wardrobe had the doors removed. Loo paper so thin you needed a lot more so not really economical is it. However room was clean enough if rather shabby with marks on the wall.

Location, availability, clean, good size shower with plenty of hotwater, shower gel and towels. Tea and coffee making facilities . Good a/ c or heating. Wifi and tv, decent sized desk.Helpful and welcoming staff. Parking. Food court next door

Mattress was very " mobile" and any movement by 1 person resulted in the other being being bounced about. Standard double, would benefit from Queen/ King sized bed.

Location and being dog friendly. Room always clean and comfortable, staff always friendly and professional

Yvette the housekeeping staff were really accommodating and warm welcoming friendly extremely helpful in ensuring my stag was as comfortable as possible. Many thanks Yvette for all your support and services over the year's I've known you since staying at the days Inn Hotel.

Unfortunately for the 3rd time round again as a Wyndham member I am being charged extra 10 pounds for every hour for a slightly earlier check-in which was never there before. As a Wyndham member you should be entitled to free earlier check-in and checkout for no extra charges what so ever this is stated in your membership rewards scheme obviously subject to availability which it normally is. Unfortunately I have taken the necessary approach to use another hotel in the area instead and sadly won't be returning to the Day's Inn Hotel again. I wish all the staff I have known the best for a happy bright prosperous future.

dog friendly and sorted out a few problems we had at booking.

Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom and toilet was nightmare to flush.

Not very much would definitely nit recommend

Bedding looked used wasn't fresh linen carpet were thread bare really very basic

Cleaners and two receptionists was lovely but the old man on reception was verry rude

we arrived to a heatwave and no air conditioning and refused a fan. the room was so hot i had to sit outdoors. i had to bully a fan from reception. very uncomfortable night charged for dogs and it was too high
