Just the location and just a view

Need to improve parking and staff attitude

No breakfast because the restaurant is closed it would be nice to have breakfast. If you had house keep done at least every second day had to go to the reception twice to get the toiletries , the staff did not bring it the first time

House keeping at least every second day, I know they were a public holidays but still would be nice to have housekeeping

love staying at Mantra hotels.

My flight was delayed and I arrived at 1am - the check was seamless -even at this ungodly hour

Bathroom - shower over the bath harder for older people to get into water from shower spraying onto floor unsafe.

pool was good

no hob or oven the description said cooking facilities there was only a micro wave and no room to prepare food location is not the best reallly at the wrong end of Queen Street pretty over priced for what was there and the location

staff were unhelpful, provided us keys but didn’t tell us what room number or floor. Room was unclean and very outdated. Facilities were dirty including lifts, common areas, pool area.

the staff are rude slow, and don’t take accountability

I requested a balcony with a good view and we got it.

There was some rubbish left in the bedroom drawers. Obviously by previous guests. We had an adjoining room, with shared washing machine. Unfortunately the guest who was staying in the room next door decided to start the washing machine at 1am, waking us up thinking the hotel was about to take off. Not ideal to have it situated there.

Everything was perfect, the staff were so kind & the room was beautifully set! It was nice and close to the town with a beautiful view.

There’s not one thing i didn’t like!

We had a function in the city so the hotel was close to the venue.

It was very dated, old, small and not the cleanest!

Comfortable beds.

The pool & spa was shut for maintenance.

Lovely helpful staff, great convenient location, lovely clean room.... Bed was so comfortable. Facilities and complimentary items in the room were of great quality and variety.
