Check in and cbeck out was fast.

The room was clean but it had a strong smell of a cleaning product. I could not sleep well because of this strong smell. The safe did not work in my room. The music in the lobby and in the elevator is loud. In the lobby they have a fridge and its motor emits a loud sound. That's probably why the keep the backgrounf music in the lobby loud to mask the motor sound. The lighting in the room is dim with no windows that can be opened.

Couldn't control the temp in room

The hotel was close to restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and spoke English well. The lobby was decent and had a small shop for bags and souvenirs. The price was cheap and I had a place to sleep at night.

The room and hallways were very old. The air in the room as you enter was just stale, and it's because you cannot open the windows. The carpet looks very old. The showers were outdated and had some mold/stains on the tiles/grout. I just didn't feel too comfortable staying there, but I did so because I had a friend staying there for two nights.

I was robbed in the hotel, as I had put an amount of money in the room, and when I returned, I lost part of it, and the staff was informed and nothing was done
